Great Hotel and excellent location to stay in Rome. We stayed here for 3 nights and would definitely return. Even though our room was small it was charming and very clean. We were greeted with a complimentary fruit tray and cookies after our long flight from Toronto and felt pampered with the turn down service each night with flowers and chocolates on our pillows. Wifi was excellent and the breakfast was amazing!! The poached eggs were the best I have ever had. The staff was super friendly and helpful suggesting great restuarant choices for us. With walking distance to the Spanish Steps and Trevis Fountain, this is one of the best hotels to stay at in Rome. It is an Oasis when you step in from the busy streets.

Room Tip: A large romm would be great but even the small ones are good and sound proof. You don't need to pay for upgrades in this hotel. I would stay again even in the small room because you spend most of yoru time out of the room enjoying the cafes etc. and they have a very comfortable lobby.

We stayed here with our children for 3 nights - hotel was in a great location, staff were very helpful and polite. Hotel was decorated beautifully and very clean. They include breakfast which was really nice. When I go back to Rome I would stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel last week and overall it was very good. Staff, location, cleanliness, comfortable beds were all outstanding. The only thing that was a little disappointing was our room (40) was exceptionally small, which didn't have anywhere to put things. As already pointed out on earlier reviews, tea and coffee facilities would have really made our stay more comfortable, but there was no where that they could have put them!!! We would definitely stay here again, but we would pay extra and get a room upgrade.

Room Tip: get a room upgrade as room 40 is very small for a double.

This is a really nice place to stay to visit all the sights in Rome. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and very quiet. The breakfast was very good too. Definitely would recommend.

This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in.
Staff we're attentative, and could not do enough for us. Everything was extremely clean. Just superb!

It would have Been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in room.

But apart from that everything was great, would most definately stay there again.

Room Tip: Going to Rome ? You must use this hotel
