We have stayed in many Rome hotels in the past but this one has to be my favourite. The decor is classic Italian and the bedrooms clean and comfortable.
Staff in the dining room were extremely helpful and the views were unbeatable.
It is in a perfect location near the Colosseum. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

Hotel Forum is located literally right next to the roman forum and a very short walk to the colosseum and King Victor Emannuel monument. The rooftop bar offered great views at night as did the breakfast room. The room itself was small but nice, the bed was fine but the air conditioning went off whenever your key card was removed from its slot when you left during the day. The staff was mixed, some were more attentive than others. The inside of the hotel is more victorian than modern which I liked. Overall I would recommend the hotel forum for its location.

Room Tip: If you want to look at the forum better bring it up when booking.

the roof top bar should not be missed, no reservation needed just get there for sunset and sit back with a glass of wine and enjoy the view. Good service at the bar and a very relaxed atmosphere......

Very best regards and see you soon back at the Hotel Forum, maybe for dinner ...

Great service; amazing views of the Forum area; very much set up to accommodate English-speaking guests.

Room was wonderful, looking out over the ruins of the Forum. Meals on the rooftop terrace, including dinner with the roof open to the sky, added a special touch to our experience. Even celebrated my birthday there, and they provided a complementary dessert with a candle.

American Bar on the roof is open air, with some umbrellas -- great place to watch the sun set.

Close to the metro station, and we also walked to and from the Termini train station.

Staff provided several recommendations for simple yet excellent neighborhood restaurants.

We would definitely stay here again!

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the side of the hotel facing the ruins & the square.

Wonderful location, in front of the forum, nice and clean rooms with large and comfortable bed. The staff is nice and friendly. The hotel is strategically settled in a very good position, near the main atttractions and near the shopping area.

If you're expecting a newly-decked out designer room then this may not be the place for you. What it does have is plenty of early 20th century charm, immaculately dressed staff, am amazing location for exploring Ancient Rome and one of the best views from the panoramic restaurant (where you have your breakfast). My family and I have stayed here three times already and we love it!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel Forum. It is in a great location, close to the Colosseo metro station as well as walkable distance to all the main attractions. We were able to walk everywhere, even at night time. The highlight is of course their terrace, where we enjoyed a nice breakfast. We never had dinner there as we like to go out and try restaurants when in a foreign city, but i have no doubt the food is great! The room was very nice and comfortable. I would definitely stay at the hotel Forum again and would suggest it to anyone staying in Rome!
