“Great location”
Reviewed 29 August 2013

Located in Via Veneto, Hotel Imperiale is within a walking distance from Fontana di Trevi and other landmarks in Rome. Very convenient located near public transportation. The rooms were clean, new, but too small. I had a room at the end of a very long corridor too distant from elevator. The staff was very pleasant. Good breakfast with horrible coffee. Wifi not free.

Room Tip: Ask for a room near the elevator.

Enjoyed my stay here very much. The hotel is VERY nice. Modern looking rooms and facilities. VERY nice dining room and quite a nice continental breakfast in the AM. The staff was great especially Maiko (she's a SWEETIE!!). Plus, the metro stop is about 50 feet from the door. VERY convenient for getting around Rome. It's walking distance to restaurants (right out the door) and other sights in Rome (Trevi, Spanish Steps). Would stay there again.

Rooms are not as nice and as new as they look in the pictures..bathroom for the double room is small and did not have a bath thub as shown in the picture of the room while booking it online.
the location is ok but not perfect. I would rather next time stay in a more central hotel..

We were a family so we booked two rooms right next to each other. My room was too small and too narrow. The bed was blocking the fridge and we couldn't open it.The lights didn't work. There were many switches but only one of them worked that closed all the lights even thought each side of the room had a personal light all of them would close. We found a small bug that looked like a cockroach in the bathroom and the sheets and the pillows were kind of smelly some days. Also the soundproofing system is too bad,we could even her the man in the room next to us yawning. The breakfast was ok,it wasn't perfect but it had a big variety of things. The room was clean and the staff was very good and welcome and they helped us make our reservations in museums and restaurants. Also the hotel is in a very good location in the centre of the city.

Everything you need for a perfect holiday. Spotless, reasonable prices, excellent breakfast, helpful stuff. Just a few meters far from the Spanish Steps and the city attractions. I would definitely go back when i visit Rome again.

Room Tip: Rooms with view in Via Veneto are large and sunny

The rooms are tastefully decorated in a modern classic style. They are very clean with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. the location is perfect for walking around and exploring the sights; it's minutes from the Spanish Steps and other attractions. The breakfasts aren't fantastic so go elsewhere if you can.

Room Tip: Choose a room on a high floor to avoid street noise if you are faces Via Veneto. Elevator is tiny a...
