We recently stayed three nights in Rome at the Hotel Imperiale. I would say better than average. Hotel Lobby was spacious but the rooms were small for two people. Breakfast was also a bit disappointing....probably the worst coffee we have had anywhere. Location however was very good. Street, Vittorio Venuto, was in a great location afew blocks from Spanish Steps, Trevi, and there were Metro stops close by.

Don't expect to find a luxury hotel. Location is perfect for a tourist , fair distance to all major attractions. Personnel is very friendly and polite. The hotel himself is very old and is necessary immediately refurbishing. Clean rooms, old furniture. The breakfast is fair enough . Don't expect something special. The best thing is the restaurant in front, where we've serve the best amatriciano pasta!!!. You must chose mandatory a superior room to have some space . Internet is working slowly and sometime is broken.

Room Tip: Mandatory superior rooms.

This hotel was recommended by my cousin who has traveled to Italy often. She was so correct in the location of the hotel being located in a perfect place! We were able to either walk to take the metro to anywhere in the city. The rooms were meticulous, the staff helpful and friendly and the breakfast (included in the price) was fabulous!

Located in Via Veneto, Hotel Imperiale is within a walking distance from Fontana di Trevi and other landmarks in Rome. Very convenient located near public transportation. The rooms were clean, new, but too small. I had a room at the end of a very long corridor too distant from elevator. The staff was very pleasant. Good breakfast with horrible coffee. Wifi not free.

Room Tip: Ask for a room near the elevator.

Enjoyed my stay here very much. The hotel is VERY nice. Modern looking rooms and facilities. VERY nice dining room and quite a nice continental breakfast in the AM. The staff was great especially Maiko (she's a SWEETIE!!). Plus, the metro stop is about 50 feet from the door. VERY convenient for getting around Rome. It's walking distance to restaurants (right out the door) and other sights in Rome (Trevi, Spanish Steps). Would stay there again.

the location is ok but not perfect. I would rather next time stay in a more central hotel..
