A quaint little place right behind the Colosseum.

Their biggest advantage is location - that helps you to make the most of the historical sites in the city. It's a beautiful neighbourhood - home to some lovely small cafes, close to the metro station and well connected with other places to go with auto buses etc.

I see bad staff reviews below - Edera probably has improved on that feedback, since in my experience the staff was helpful, available and very warm.

Though rooms are small - they house everything needed in the room. With any add-ons promptly provided...

Cute boutique hotel in a nice area. Had to ask to get the air turned on and warm water and juice was served with pastures for breakfast. Really a few touches (like cold drinks) would make it a better place to stay.

Only go to this hotel if you want to have your trip ruined by the rudest staff member, Roberto. Roberto will treat you like dirt, shout and scream at you for no reason at all, and then he will threaten you. A hotel that employs such rude staff with no interpersonal skills whatsoever does not deserver your custom. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

Hotel was okay. Room was clean and what you would expect in a 3star hotel.
Not much in the way of facilities and the wifi was non existent.
Walls were very thin in the room i stayed in(through the patio garden into an external section) so noise was a problem at night and early in the morning.
Staff was very friendly and helpful but i would not necessarily return if i find myself in rome again

The best part of the Hotel is that it is centrally situated from Colosseum. That's why we could visit the Colosseum during day and at moonlight as well.

It is so situated that Tram or Bus or Hop ON/OFF tickets are available in front of Colosseum. Also the bus stops are around.
The Breakfast is wonderful. The hotel staff doesn't mind if you carry fruits or packed snacks for your travel.

From the exit gate of the hotel to the right there is a Grocery shop (for Drinking Water shopping).

Do add Rome city tax to your budget. It is to be paid during check out as per number of days stayed.

Room tip: The Nicely presented Wine on the table is Chargeable :)

Thanks for your positive review. The city tax in all 3 stars hotels in Rome is 4 euro per person per night. This money is meant the improve the City of Rome by Mayor's decision from 2011.
