The Hotel is located in a wonderful area so close to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Crypts of Capachin Monks etc, even just a short walk to Colosseum and ruins but there are a few things which make it not the best place to stay.
We had 4 nights here (14th - 18th May) and had 2 rooms (313 + 314). Room 313 only had a bath and no shower (It did have a showerhead), so we showered in the other room. Room 313 also was VERY noisy - each night we were able to hear the Jesus Christ Superstar musical which went on past 10. On the weekend they also had matinee shows so again the music could be heard then as well. As we were so weary from over 4 weeks of travelling and long days in Rome we were able to sleep but if you were a light sleeper you would have troubles.
Wifi was hit and miss in the room but it could generally be connected to in the hallways near the Breakfast room. Speaking of Breakfast it was nothing special at all, cereal (1 choice), bread, cake, croissants, cold ham and cheese. There was no Toaster available. We stayed in 9 hotels throughout Europe and this Breakfast was the worst.
Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Only for the friendly staff and convenient location my rating would be lower. If you got a quite room, and happy with cold dry bread for Breakfast etc this is a convenient place to stay.
