Really enjoyed staying here in a triple room 617 for three nights. The room was spacious, very comfortable and quiet, being on the top floor. Our bathroom was spacious too. The wifi was very slow and at times frustrating to use in our room. The highlight of our stay was getting to know Marco P. In the restaurant. His English is excellent and he is kind and very professional and has a great sense of humor. The front desk service was a bit uneven. We really liked Luciano best at the front desk and found him cordial and very willing to help us with arranging private tours of the Vatican Museum and Basicilica as well as the Borghese Palace Museum.

My family and I loved our holiday to Rome. Apart from the magnificent city, we enjoyed our experience at the Mascagni! Mr. Luciano Paciotti was exceptionally helpful and made our stay a memorable one.

We enjoyed a fabulous weekend in Rome and cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, recommending restaurants and organising airport transfer. Hotel was in excellent location for sightseeing but rooms quiet. We enjoyed a fresh buffet breakfast each morning.

Last week our family of three (married couple with teenage son) spent 4 nights at this hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming (especially the concierge). They were able to recommend local restaurants (do make the effort to eat at Osteria Quarantaquattroon [Restaurant 44] on the nearby Via Aureliana, it was an exceptional dining experience for us).

The fourth floor, street-facing room we stayed in was clean, very quiet and comfortable (a triple room with three firm but comfortable beds and good air-conditioning) and the breakfast was freshly prepared with a range of options that we took full advantage of at the start of each day we spent exploring. Room service was also very good.

The location of this hotel was ideal for visiting the main sites of Rome as well as for main transport links from the Termini station.
We hardly used public transport and walked everywhere.
Should we visit Rome again, we would definitely go back to this hotel and would certainly recommend it to others.

Room Tip: We would take a street-facing room on a higher level in terms of noise and traffic fumes in Spring/S...

We got home yesterday havering spent 6 nights at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was freshly prepared if a little repetitive. The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting the main city centre sites aswell as for transport links to places a little further afield. Will definitely go back to this hotel if we visit Rome again.
