Beautiful!!

Eats and Sheets really is superb - and one of the loveliest places we have ever stayed in Italy!

The hosts Giordano and Amber were wonderful, very charming and laid back and welcoming.

The rooms are decorated beautifully with a real eye for design. The communal area is lovely painted a real vibrant orange it's very welcoming, and you can use the internet there if you need to.

The breakfast was lovely, eaten out on the pretty, sunny patio: fresh coffee (as much as you can drink) and a great choice of tea, fresh fruit, pastries, toast, yogurt, cold meats and cheeses and more – more than enough to set you up for a day’s sightseeing...and of course Amber’s beautiful cakes, which nobody can resist! Definitely something for everyone.

The house itself is set back behind gates from the main street (only a couple of minute’s walk to the train, and even quicker to the bus stop), is beautiful, and the grounds of the house which you can wander around in are fantastic, really romantic and well kept, a real secret garden away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. We would love to stay here again and hope to return soon!

The hosts have done a fantastic job here, we wish them every success. We stayed over my birthday and they both remembered and wished me a warm happy birthday when I came out for breakfast, a small detail but it seemed they really meant it and weren’t just saying it as “it’s their job”.

And wow – almost forgot – the bathroom was beautiful – very clean and brand new, powerful shower, plenty of towels etc.

If you are looking for a really relaxing, romantic place to stay where you will be made to feel very welcome indeed, look no further.

You will not be disappointed!

Eats and Sheets is a bit out of the way from the main tourist areas of Rome. However, it is very close to the Valle Aurelia Metro Station and the Vatican. It offers excellent value for money, a friendly staff, and an incredible breakfast with freshly baked pastries and great cappucino. Giordino will happily provide information about Rome including sites, restaurants, and shopping. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Room Tip: Don't be afraid to use the Roman Metro instead of taxis. It will save you a lots of Euros and ta...

This is an ideal place to stay when in Rome , the rooms are beautifully decorated & the garden so tranquil. It is a quiet oasis in a large bustling city. It is a little way out from the centre of Rome but the bus stops just along the road, we did walk to the Vatican which took about 30 minutes. The bathroom was immaculately clean and the beds are so comfortable.. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but there are facilities in the eating area which you are allowed to use.A delightful place to return to after a busy day.

Eats & Sheets Vaticano was one of the nicest places we've ever stayed in. The owners, Giordano and Ambra, will do anything to make you comfortable. They're probably the nicest people we've met in Italy. The bed&breakfast is gorgeous with a beautiful garden. It doesn't feel like it's in the middle of such a big city. But yet it's only a five minute walk to the subway station and a couple of minutes more to get into downtown Rome. The rooms are beautiful, very romantic. Couldn't recommend this place more!!

This was our 1st time to Rome and we had a great time! Eats and Sheets was beautiful, Giordano and Ambra went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fun! They treated us like family! Breakfast everyday was delicious! The room and bathroom were spotless and very updated and modern. The outside gardens are simply beautiful. The B&B was just around the corner from the metro line to all the Rome attractions. We are very happy we stayed here and recommend to anyone planning a vacation to Rome!

If you are going to Rome then we can highly recommend Eats and Sheets its the best B&B we have ever stayed in. The quality and attention to detail are outstanding. The Villa has been redeveloped to a very high standard, modern but very tasteful. The room was spotless and the breakfast excellent, all topped off by Giordano, the host, who could not do enough for all the guests. Its about a 25 min walk to the Vatican Museums entrance. And very well situated for buses and the metro to all the main attractions in Rome
