We spent 4 nights in this hotel in June with my husband. Our room was not small (around 20 sq meters) but I think that the rooms are all different, as many people say that the room was very small. The location is perfect, we have never taken a bus or taxi, except to go to Piazza di Spagna, that is 40-50 minutes walk. Vatican and Piazza navona is 15 minutes walk, Campo dei Fiori - 5 minutes. It is located on a small nice street in the old town. It is impossible to sleep with open windows as it is too noisy because of the cars and scooters but the air condition system was good.
The breakfasts are very simple, the same every day, and the breakfast room is very small (for 5 rooms max). The greatest dissapointment was the staff - they are really not friendly and helpful, we met only one madam that was nice, the others were uninterested. It is a pity that the staff and service are deteriorating the image of the nice hotel.
That is why my rating is "Average".
