The location of this place is ideal - plenty of nice restaurants nearby, close to the tube station and bus stops, just opposite the Opera, but in a fairly quiet (well this is Roma!) street.
I have to say that it really is more of a bed and breakfast than a hotel; rooms spread over a few floors. There is a basic reception area with very friendly staff in attendance and a very cramped breakfast area with no external light (and not very friendly staff). So, don’t come here if you like to spend time in the hotel outside of your bedroom!
If you need a coffee or a drink; then there is a café just next door. That was fine for us (gave me exercise!) – but if you like your room service then this place is definitely not for you.
BUT!! We had a great room and we would go back to this place every time because of this very room. I don’t really want to say any more otherwise we will never be able to get that room again if too many people know about it! OK; we had a balcony and so took our breakfast there and what with the coffee and drinks brought up from the café below we made a lot of use of this facility.More
