On my 5th visit to Rome, I found Hotel Campo de' Fiori. What a wonderful boutique hotel. The location is perfect, just around the corner from Campo de' Fiori, a lovely and bustling square. It is also an easy 15 minute walk from just about any attraction or site you might want to visit in Rome.

The hotel itself was fantastic. It was spotless and looked to have been recently renovated. It's best feature was it's 3-level rooftop garden with superb views over Rome. The hotel encourages guests to make use of the rooftop for good reason. Our group of 6 met there every night of our 4 night stay to unwind, share a pre-dinner bottle of wine, and enjoy the beautiful sunset.

The hotel staff was beyond expectations. The front desk team really interacted well with the guests and expertly fulfilled every request we made. Look out for the guys from New Jersey and London...they will have you in stitches...just too funny!!

I won't stay anywhere else in Rome!!

Dear guest,
your review is truly important for us for 2 major reasons, the firast that I noticed that you have written another 9 hotel reviews and this gives expertise and experience in your evaluation. The second is that you were a group of 6 and your review means that 6 guests were more than just satisfied and for 4 nights meaning 24 positive perceptions!
As you do state, our location is unbeatable as well as our hotel. Where you are able to reach walking within 15 minutes, from our roof top terrace you are able to reach the same sites but from above within a few seconds!
Our hotel staff is highly selected and well appreciated by all of our guests being always there to suggest only the best and taking at heart our guests wellbeing while with us.
As your title states,
“Won't stay anywhere else in Rome”
You may not want to stay anywhere else in Rome but we wouldn’t want you to stay anywhere else in Rome while in Rome!
Warmest regards,
F. Severino

This hotel has a great location within walking distance to most sites in Rome. The staff is extremely professional and helpful, especially Matteo and Valentina. The rooms are well appointed and clean, although quite small. But the location and great staff made our stay there very enjoyable.

Dear Guest,
“Great Hotel”
Another confirmation with a max point review (5). Location plus staff, plus rooms plus cleanliness and to add our roof top terrace make sure that our guests stay with us are not just stays but life time experiences. Our staff a multilanguage staff are always there to see to it that all of our guests needs are taken care of and are always ready to suggest only the best at the best rates to guarantee a fabulous stay with us. Just a word about the rooms, I do suggest that all take in consideration that staying in the most historical area of Rome Campo de’ Fiori most of the dwellings date back to the 1400’s meaning smaller sizes but historical! I would like to conclude with your final phrase,
“But the location and great staff made our stay there very enjoyable.”
Thank you for the positive review and hope to have you with us!
Warmest regards,
F. Severino

The five star reviews aren't wrong. This hotel was everything you would expect. The front desk personnel were friendly and extremely helpful. Not to mention patient we asked many questions and needed directions every day. The location was perfect. So much within walking distance. We put the rooftop to use every night. Beautiful view, best place to relax and enjoy some nice Italian wine!

Dear guest,
Your max point review (5) is another confirmation of our intentions to always be there when our guests need us and to offer the max with our facilities. Thank you for confirming as well that all the other 5 point reviews are earned! I would also suggest to all of our guests to take advantage of our roof top terrace as you did being a unique offer for an ancient city such as Rome. Our website which I do suggest to all to take a look at offers spectacular photos of the rooftop terrace as well as all of our facilities. On the website one may also find special rate offers which others cannot offer.
Warmest regards,

We just spent a week in Rome, celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, staying in an apartment offered by the Hotel Campo de Fiori.
Looking out the front room window, there was the ever changing, ever interesting view on Campo de’ Fiori: a lively market during the day, an active meeting and eating area at night, with a thorough cleaning in between --- also fun to watch. All this activity could be blocked out by closing the double glazed window. The bedroom, in the back of the apartment was a cosy dark sanctuary with a 4 poster bed (not meant for very tall people), antique armoire and a door to a tiny patio. The kitchen was small but adequate and there was a dining room table for 4. Daily cleaning was provided by the hotel, though we did wash our own dishes. There were just 2 of us, but there was a bed in the front room, and an extra pull out bed in the back bedroom.
We had access to the hotel terrace where a 360 degrees view of Rome rooftops, church steeples (including the Vatican’s St Peter) and large monuments could be enjoyed from various levels arranged like little open air rooms. Bringing up your own bottle of wine and watching the swallows do their aerial ballet performance at dusk was a delight.
It was the perfect set up for us, in a perfect location: everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, except may be the Vatican. The fresh produce from the market, a grocery store and several good take out places were right on the Campo or in a side-street, so we made good use of the kitchen.
The hotel offers a variety of apartments, and it is worth reading the descriptions carefully. I also corresponded by email with Adam, a front desk person, asking him to help us get what we wanted: an interesting view and a quiet bedroom. All front desk people were charming, friendly and spoke English. Adam’s true English accent was a fun bonus.
A hotel to recommend!

Room Tip: The apartments are in various buildings around the Campo de' Fiori and come in various sizes. It is worth inquiring exactly where you will be located and stating what your needs are. I requested a nice view and quiet sleeping, as high up as possible but no need for an elevator.

Dear guest,
It is pleasing to read that you appreciated our apartments which do offer size, quality, location just as the hotel facilities do. As you indicate your apartment was so big that you had an extra bed in another room meaning that size was more than adequate. All of our guests weather in or out of the hotel have access to the hotel facilities as well as the fabulous roof top terrace which offers a view of the Eternal
City which is only found by going to the historical sites such as the Vatican Dome!
As I have mentioned in other responses to reviews I do suggest to all to take a look at our website and see and read all that is to be seen and known about our hotel as well as our apartments. One may find, locations, special rates, photos, descriptions as well as suggestions for airport pickups and private tours and the list goes on.
Hope to have you with us in the future once again,
Waermest reagrds,
F. Severino

Incredible little hotel adjacent to Campo de Fiore in the heart of Rome. Walking distance to all major attractions and the most helpful and friendly staff ever. The rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of the entire city including St Peter's, the Pantheon, etc. Great location in the evening and the air was still on in October...a rarity beyond September in most Italian cities.

Dear Guest,
Your title indicates 2 of the many positive aspects that our hotel offers,
“Great location and friendly staff!”
While reading one reads of our panoramic terrace which offers a 360° view but I would also like to highlight that we offer all modern comforts in a historical building dating back to the 1400’s as well as a good buffet breakfast which helps all of your guests to begin their day with the famous Italian coffee and pastries!
I would like to also say that your review is important to us noticing that you have already written another 10 hotel reviews!
Best regards,
F. Severino
