“Perfect accommodation”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 August 2013

We stayed here in June 2012 for 3 nights. I can highly recommend this acommodation. The staff was very nice helpful (although we arrived at night and they had to wait for us to check in). Location is great, near the Termini station( where you can find train station, metro station, shutte buses to airports). Our room was clean and nice with large bathroom, aircondition, safe, minibar etc. We really enjoyed our stay in Rome!

Great B&B for 160 euro (including tax) for 2 nights stay was ideal for me and my girlfriend.
The hotel is in a great location to Termini Station and within walking distance to the Colosseum. only trouble is finding the hotel, lucky we had google maps on our phone to find it without any problems.
The Staff are nice and very helpful and have very good English, wasn't a problem for us as my girlfriend could speak Italian well.
The room is lovely and compact, also the bed was comfy, we had two perfect nights sleep.
The wifi in the hotel was free and had a good connection.
Breakfast was free around the corner to the hotel at the local cafe which was basic (hot drink and small croissant) but we enjoyed it.
Negatives of our stay:
Safe - Our room safe didn't lock for the period of our stay
Shower - Our Shower wasn't always hot or to the temperature we wanted it at.
Towels/Bed Sheets - Maid Service didn't change our Towels or make our bed throughout our whole stay.

But we would recommend to people to stay at this hotel, we loved it and will be returning

Ciao

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Casa di Eddy in Rome. It is a bit difficult to find as there is no sign outside and the B&B is on the first floor of the building, but inside it is like entering another world. The furniture is lovely and the bed is really comfortable. The bathrooms are large and clean. The staff are very friendly, however this is not a 24 hour service, so you may need to email them. You are given vouchers to go to a café nearby and you will be given whatever is fresh that day. Overall a wonderful B&B in central Rome right near the station and located perfectly for all the sights.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Casa di Eddy. The b&b is situated in an appartment building on the first floor. Although we we arrived early, the lady of the house was very welcoming and showed us to our room immediately. The room and bathroom are spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and with a good working (!) wifi. Although our room faced street side, the noise didn't bother us very much. The breakfast is served in a typically Italian bar just 500m up the street where you get a cappucino & dolci. Very nice to start your day like that! If you're looking for a little resort to come back to after a hectic day in Rome, this is the place to go.

Room Tip: There is no 'better' room I think...they're all good!

We stayed in the Barocco room and it was amazing. Huge room, stylish and spotlessly clean. The king size bed features a memory foam topper which was wonderfully comfortable. There was a desk area, plenty of storage, a table and chairs, an occasional chair and still tons of floor space! There was a kettle and a selection of herbal teas which were perfect for winding down after a hard day of sight-seeing. The ensuite bathroom was cleverly designed to create a spacious walk-in shower with overhead rain head and shower wand. All the fixtures looked high-end, with glass mosaic tile and a square vessel sink. We found it very quiet and restful...we heard a couple of loud bangs (a door slam?) earlier in the evening, but even with our window open, we slept like babies. Breakfast is a voucher for coffee and croissant at a nearby cafe, but there is a kitchenette area if you want to bring it back to the pensione. We had no problem with the area, and it was very convenient for us. The young woman manning the desk was very nice, extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. I'm so proud of myself for finding this place! We were only there one night before a cruise, but we plan to go back for a longer stay.

Room Tip: The Barocco room faces the back of the building.

My wallet ( 100 € + 2 credit cards + visa electron) was stolen from our room in the morning while we were having a cup of coffee in the bar downstairs. We were away 15 minutes. There were no other clients at the hotel and the thief needed a key to our room. I don`t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room Tip: There were no swimming pool or fitness center. There were no other quests and no service, either...

Excellent B&B close to Termini. We stayed in the budget room (private bathroom down the hall), which was small, but nicely decorated. The bed was big and incredibly comfortable (mattress and sheets were high quality). The bathroom was very clean and again, really nicely designed. The room has two bathrobes for your use. The only downsides would be that the reception is not manned 24/7, so you need to plan your arrival and departure. This doesn't have to be a problem: we arrived in the evening, and they were waiting for us. Our (cheap) room rate did not include breakfast, so they asked us if we wanted to buy a 4 Euro coupon to take to a nearby cafe for coffee and pastry. We declined, since one can get coffee and and a pastry for much less in Rome! We'd definitely stay here again.
