This hotel is in such a good location, a quiet corner right by the campo de' fiori, that it would be a good place to stay if it was half as nice. We got a warm welcome, an unsought room upgrade, the loan of a large umbrella (it rained quite a lot, in May), a roof terrace to lounge on, and a terrific breakfast. Couldn't have been better.

This hotel made our trip so special. From the cheerful helpful staff to the wonderful location. Close to walk to piazza Navonna and most anything else. The beds were comfortable and the room temp could be turned down for cool sleeping. For us middle aged folks, it was like heaven. The size of the hotel made for a very special experience. The breakfast was great and the wait staff go above and beyond. You will not regret staying here. Oh and definitely head down to the spa. Best thing for after a day of walking. Reserve your time with the front desk for privacy.

We were welcomed by a lovely lady at reception who gave us a local map and explained how to get to the main attractions. We were then taken to our room and our bags were brought up for us. This level of service continued for the whole trip and staff were happy to confirm tours and shuttles for us and to book us a taxi.

The room was an ideal size, with a huge, luxurious bathroom, and we were delighted to have robes and slippers, which were laid out for us every evening! The perfect thing to come home to after a full day of walking around! The room top bar was great for relaxing and resonably priced. We had breakfast in the hotel every morning and loved the choices on offer. There was sausage, bacon and egg as well as pastries, breads, fruit, cheese and ham, cereal...

The location is percet for a first trip to Rome - 20 minute walk to both the vatican and the Colosseum and only a 10 minute walk to the Pantheon. It is on the doorstep of Campo di Fiori where you will find lots of nice restaurants and wine bars later on.

The only down side is that it costs $20 each to use the spa facilities which we thought was a bit extreme. Maybe if it had rained more we would have went, but with so much to do in Rome there was no need.

This really is a lovely hotel and we would definatley stay here again if returning to Rome!

This was recommended to us by a friend who lives in Rome. Excellent Location. You can walk to all the main sights except the Colosseum. Piazza Farinni is very close by and has lots of restaurants. This boutique hotel is very well maintained and quite charming.
A bit pricey - but location, location, location!
They have a spa but we did not have enough time to try it.

Room Tip: the higher the better!

Thank you, everyone at Hotel Lunetta, for making our stay in Rome wonderful! We enjoyed and appreciated every moment, from our breakfast in the morning to our bed at night, and all the special things that each of you did for us in between. Your warmth and friendliness made our visit to this magical city perfect.

P.S. We think you have the best coffee in all of Rome! :)

Room Tip: Our superior room couldn't have been nicer, but felt small. So if you need space, you might want...

Stayed here for three nights just before Easter. The hotel is top notch. The rooms are very clean and silent. The staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent with great coffee. The location of the hotel is spot on for visiting the main attractions in Rome. The Campo De Fiori market is just around the corner. It's worth going there in the morning to get a sense of real Roman life. There are lots of restaurants and cafes just a stones throw away from the hotel. There's a spa in the hotel, but it costs 25€/day if you haven't booked your room directly from the hotel, which we had not done and to be fair this is quite expensive, so we decided not to go to the spa. Anyway this was one of the best hotel experiences we've had!

Stayed here for four nights during Easter 2013 and thoroughly enjoy all aspects of the stay. Situated in an ideal location for visiting all the major attractions this is indeed a real tresure of a hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the breakfast was perfect. All staff were helpful, courteous and friendly always greeting you as you passed the reception desk. Unable to comment on the value as this was a gift holiday. Would definitely stay here again and could recommend this hotel without reservation.
