“Good hotel in a convenient location”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 March 2014

Just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel. The hotel is situated on the first floor. It is very centrally located and about 10 minutes walk from Termini train station. We had requested a quiet room and was given one on the side of the hotel. We could not hear any noise at all. It was lovely and clean. The breakfast was okay, rolls, croissants with cheese and ham or jam/honey? You could also have cornflakes. Coffee was served at your table. The wi fi was free and was able to connect easily. The only fault which we had was that the room was dimly lit and could have done with an extra light possibly best in the ceiling. If we return to Rome would stay at this hotel again.

Room Tip: Rooms on the side of the hotel are quiet.

This is a new hotel, refurbished with very pleasant rooms. We got a great help from Massimo, from the front desk, who helped us always with a smile , giving us lots of tips and info regarding transportation, restaurants recommendations and more...
Great comfortable king size bed with good matress.
The walls are very thin, so you can hear who ever walks on the corridor.
Great shower, very little space to put your things (more hangers required, and place to put your toiletries bag). Breakfast is varied but the products are not in good qualities. Adding Fruits and vegetables could be nice.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the inner court are quieter

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. It was in a fantastic location, only 10 mins walk from Termini Station and located on Via Nazionale, a main street with shops and some bars/restaurants. The hotel itself is located directly across from Palazzo Delle Esposizioni (Esposizioni Palace) and next to the Jack and Jones Shop. The Trevi fountain, Pantheon Colosseum and pretty much all other major sights are very much within walking distance.

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful with bus and tour information. They offered to mind our bags the day we checked out, as we were not flying until the evening. There was also somebody on reception night and day.

The room was spotlessly clean, had Wifi, a TV, plenty of space and was cleaned daily.

I could not fault this wonderful hotel, it is in a perfect location, great value for money, and the reception staff could not be more kind or helpful :)

Perhaps, one suggestion would be to have bigger sign outside the hotel, as it is easy to miss if you are not familiar with the area.

But other than that, thank you for a fantastic stay, we will definitely be staying here in the future. :)

Room Tip: The rooms at the front of the building have a beautiful view of the Palazzo Delle Esposizioni. Even...

Dear Guest,

First of all thank you for the wonderful review you wrote aboute, us, you left us wordless! It's always a pleasure to see that our work makes our guests feel at home in our hotel.

Thank you also for pointing out that the hotel doesn't have a big name plate outside. This is for the Italian law about name plates on heritage buildings. Since our building was built in the 19th Century, it's a heritage building and the name plates can't be bigger than that.

For all our future guests, we are in the middle of Via Nazionale, almost in front of the Palazzo delle Esposizioni, next door to a shop called Jack Jones. Anyway, if you have troubles finding us, don't hesitate to contact us.

Coming back to your review, all our staff will be delighted to have you as our guests again, so please check all our packages and offers on our official website, you will surely find a good price for your next stay here!

See you soon!

I had a little difficulty locating the hotel when we first arrived because the signage is really not visible from the street. It sits back in an alcove and it was dark and we were tired. However, once we did arrive our stay was exceptional. Our room although on the street side was quiet and comfortable. The air conditioner worked even though in October most places shut it down. Mr. Massimo, and the other staff, were kind and most helpful. Location is close to buses and the metro and the Termini. I can't say enough good things about this place. If I ever go back to Rome I would never stay at any other place.

Dear Guest,

Your wonderful review really made us feel proud of our work, thank you!

And thank you for pointing out that our double-glazed windows keep out most of the noise of Via Nazionale, letting in only the nice sunlight and the beautiful view of Palazzo delle Esposizioni and Basilica di San Vitale.

The air conditioning is working 12 months a year in our hotel, either for cold or hot air.

We are sorry that you had a hard time to find our hotel. Our name plate is small and unlit because our hotel occupies the first floor of a 19th Century building and we are not allowed to have a big luminous name plate, Anyway, our guests can find us in front of the Basilica di San Vitale and next door to the Jack Jones shop.

Massimo and all our staff are very happy to have helped to make your stay as comfortable as possible and invite you to check out our special offers and promotions on our official website, in case you would like to visit Rome again.

Thank you again and see you next time!

Stayed here in late October with my girlfriend, my first time in Rome - cannot say anything bad about this place.

We checked in for four nights, the hotel is located a short 5 minute walk to the Rome Terminie Station. Piece of cake getting there to and from.

Hotel is located on the 1st Floor of the building, hotel reception staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of what to see and where to go.

Rooms are large, clean and tidy and are renovated, with a modern bathroom. The room service was excellent, our room was cleaned everyday to a spotless standard. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is very basic but what to expect of breakfast in Italy - coffee, juice and a pastry. They provide yoghurt tubs, some cereal and milk, some cheese / ham etc, but the best is the nutella :)

All in all I cannot fault this place, I would stay there again on my next visit to Rome.

Dear Guest,

First of all, thank you for the nice words you spent for us, we really appreciate it.

We are glad that you liked the friendliness of our staff, the spaciousness and comfort of our bedrooms, and our nutella! :)

Thank you also for pointing out how close we are to the Termini station. In fact you can reach the station in just 15 minutes walking or, if you prefer, you can catch one of the buses that stop nearby and be there in 5 minutes.

And if you are thinking to come back to Rome, don't forget to check out our official website for special offers and packages.

We spent 2 nights and had great time. First of all, the location of hotel is really good, it is on one of the most active street (Via Nazionale) and close to Termini station, historical and touristical places, across the building there are stops for the busses and taxies.Secondly, Mr.Massimo was really kind and helpful. We had such a modern and comfortable room with street view. We could see Palazzo Esposizioni and crowded street (even vittorio emanuele monument) from our window.

Shortly, The location is good. The room was modern, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was ok. Staff, especially Mr.Massimo was great.

We stayed here in early September, and had a great stay. Our hotel concierge Massimo was extremely helpful and always went out of his way to assist us. The hotel itself was perfectly located to all the major attractions, and only a short walk to the subway. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were on the street side overlooking via Nazionale, and the noise wasn't bad in the evening. There's a great restaurant right next door as well, so a good dinner is never far away;) Breakfast is pretty simple with yoghurts, croissants, ham, and milk. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and had no complaints whatsoever.
