This is a very good hotel. Newly refurbished, clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Right in the center of the major sites. 10 mins walk to the Colosseum, 15 to the Trevi Fountain and 4 mins walk to the train station. Its also on a majore street, so taking the bus is not a problem. Our room was facing Via Nazionale and we haf no problem with any noise.

Highly recommended.

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights only last week on the recommendation of family members who have stayed in Rome many times.

Where to start, location is fantastic yes it is a very busy street but we have a street facing room and there was no disruption. Rooms are very comfortable, immaculately clean and modern. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was great to just tide you over yoghurt, fruit juice, croissants, fresh rolls with a selection of ham and cheese. We were able to make a small tray up and have this in our room each day.

I will definitely be back on my next visit to Rome this is a fantastic hotel as a base for exploring the Eternal City, if you are looking for luxury high end then you will have to pay for that but really who goes to Rome to spend all their time in their hotel? HB Nazionale had it all for me and I can't thank all the staff enough for such a pleasurable stay!

See you soon!

We did not have a problem with finding the hotel. Just do a search on Google before heading over. We had lots of luggage and took some time to walk over from Termini, probably 15 mins rather than 10. The hotel delivers the expectations of a basic traveller and for the price given that Rome is a relatively expensive place, we thought we had a good deal. It might do with some maintenance work in the bathroom we were in as well as some slight improvements to a breakfast which feels like a budget breakfast. (or maybe we had higher expectations)

Newly refurbished lovely clean airy rooms with modern shower room. Shower was great hot and powerful. Bed comfy and large you couldn't ask for more especially at the price.
Breakfast a bit sparce but typically continental coffee excellent fresh braed and croissants.
Staff really friendly offering advice about sights to see how to get there without being asked.
Other people have mentioned the noise but the windows are double glazed and there is air conditioning so no need to open them but yes it is on a busy road but that didn't bother us.
Never managed to get on to wifi as code about 30 characters long but that was only downside.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel. The hotel is situated on the first floor. It is very centrally located and about 10 minutes walk from Termini train station. We had requested a quiet room and was given one on the side of the hotel. We could not hear any noise at all. It was lovely and clean. The breakfast was okay, rolls, croissants with cheese and ham or jam/honey? You could also have cornflakes. Coffee was served at your table. The wi fi was free and was able to connect easily. The only fault which we had was that the room was dimly lit and could have done with an extra light possibly best in the ceiling. If we return to Rome would stay at this hotel again.

Room Tip: Rooms on the side of the hotel are quiet.

This is a new hotel, refurbished with very pleasant rooms. We got a great help from Massimo, from the front desk, who helped us always with a smile , giving us lots of tips and info regarding transportation, restaurants recommendations and more...
Great comfortable king size bed with good matress.
The walls are very thin, so you can hear who ever walks on the corridor.
Great shower, very little space to put your things (more hangers required, and place to put your toiletries bag). Breakfast is varied but the products are not in good qualities. Adding Fruits and vegetables could be nice.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the inner court are quieter

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. It was in a fantastic location, only 10 mins walk from Termini Station and located on Via Nazionale, a main street with shops and some bars/restaurants. The hotel itself is located directly across from Palazzo Delle Esposizioni (Esposizioni Palace) and next to the Jack and Jones Shop. The Trevi fountain, Pantheon Colosseum and pretty much all other major sights are very much within walking distance.

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful with bus and tour information. They offered to mind our bags the day we checked out, as we were not flying until the evening. There was also somebody on reception night and day.

The room was spotlessly clean, had Wifi, a TV, plenty of space and was cleaned daily.

I could not fault this wonderful hotel, it is in a perfect location, great value for money, and the reception staff could not be more kind or helpful :)

Perhaps, one suggestion would be to have bigger sign outside the hotel, as it is easy to miss if you are not familiar with the area.

But other than that, thank you for a fantastic stay, we will definitely be staying here in the future. :)

Room Tip: The rooms at the front of the building have a beautiful view of the Palazzo Delle Esposizioni. Even...

Dear Guest,

First of all thank you for the wonderful review you wrote aboute, us, you left us wordless! It's always a pleasure to see that our work makes our guests feel at home in our hotel.

Thank you also for pointing out that the hotel doesn't have a big name plate outside. This is for the Italian law about name plates on heritage buildings. Since our building was built in the 19th Century, it's a heritage building and the name plates can't be bigger than that.

For all our future guests, we are in the middle of Via Nazionale, almost in front of the Palazzo delle Esposizioni, next door to a shop called Jack Jones. Anyway, if you have troubles finding us, don't hesitate to contact us.

Coming back to your review, all our staff will be delighted to have you as our guests again, so please check all our packages and offers on our official website, you will surely find a good price for your next stay here!

See you soon!
