The hotel is a little dated (very small lifts) but the rooms are of a good size and the bathroom was very good. I had a small balcony although the view is of the surrounding streets (its a city hotel). Breakfast was good and the roof top restaurant was a pleasant place to have lunch. The menu was very limited, but the quality was acceptable. The staff were more than helpful

Good sized room and ensuite. Lovely view from our window. Nice and quiet at night but still close enough to great restaurants. The hotel restaurant served a great breakfast and waiters were prompt and friendly. Also served a good cappuccino. 10 -15 minute walk to Trevi fountain and other tourist attractions. We would highly recommend Hotel Victoria to anyone staying in Roma.

We stayed here for a week last year and for two nights this year while traveling thru Europe. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff is excellent. We were very impressed with Nicola last year and we were happy to be able to see him again this year. They gave us a very large superior room which was beautiful. A huge bathroom with double sinks - we were really spoiled there. We were greeted to fresh fruit and bottled water in our room upon arrival which was a very nice surprise. Nicola made dinner reservations for us and helped us figure out how to get to the places we wanted to visit during this too short visit in Rome. There is a breakfast buffet included with the room with everything you can think of available to you. This is definitely where we will always stay while in Rome. Located is just a two minute walk from the Via Veneta.

We stayed here for a week and found the hotel suited our needs. We had a quiet room. The maid service was good and bathroom clean and a good size. The staff were really pleasant and helpful.
we had a lovely meal on the roof Terrace overlooking the Villa Borghese which was memorable. The view, as the sun went down, was quite beautiful - the setting superb.
Breakfast was good offering plenty fruit, pastries, breads and meats, scrambled egg/bacon. My only criticism was that the hotel caters for cruise ship tour groups and, as groups, they can dominate the dining rooms. At breakfast this was occasionally annoying however one morning the group were offered a private room to isolate them and avoid upsetting other guests.
I would recommend the hotel and would happily return. Access to all the sights of Rome from here was easy and the nearby Via Veneto was delightful in the evening for a stroll and drink.
The beautiful park - across the road - was also delightful and we enjoyed visiting the museum there.
A lovely trip to Rome - and a pleasant hotel to stay.

Room Tip: The quiet rooms are at the back of the hotel where we found no issues. The beds were 2 singles aside...

After a two week escorted tour, we returned to Rome for two days and stayed at the Victoria. The staff were wonderful and the location perfect. After sightseeing for the day our last evening was spent at the Rose Garden Bar and Restaurant on the rooftop. We had a wonderful evening, complete with a spectacular sunset. The perfect end to a wonderful vacation. Our waitress Magdelina made the entire evening perfect.

Also thanks to the front desk staff for moving us to a quieter room after just one night. They were most accomodating.

Thank you for the best nights of a long and enjoyable trip.

We spent two nights in this hotel in May 2014 and were very pleased. The staff were very helpful in providing suggestions and directions. The location is excellent, very convenient to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Borghese and other sites. It is also close to the subway as well as HoHo bus stops. The rooms were good-sized and clean. We loved the rooftop bar and dining area. We will definitely stay there again.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel was about half hour from the airport, the roads were busy, so I expected to get stuck in traffic. The hotel is located in a quieter part of Rome. The hotel is very nice, quite posh, well looked after. The staff were lovely, couldn't do enough for us, very polite. The continental breakfast in the hotel was nice, lovely scrambled egg, bacon, meats, cheese, enjoyed it. The bar within the hotel was bit boring, only me and my boyfriend in there, we got fed up and went up to the room. The room was alright. The room could do with a bit up updating, we didn't have a great view it was just of some pizza place, and I thought the bedroom window was very dangerous especially if there are kids or people who have had to much to drink it opens fully and you could easily fall out. The bed was double but it was just two singles put together, so annoying. The bathroom was a good size, and very clean. There is a mini bar in the room but we never used it was such a rip off, so expensive, so I would avoid that. The bar on the roof is very nice, pretty, was peaceful sitting up there. No atmosphere though up there, again just me and my boyfriend, felt like we were the only ones staying there. It is a very nice hotel but I wouldn't stay there again the area is to quiet, the hotel felt dead, definitely not for young people.
