Oh, everything was great about this place. The view we had and the beds and people over there, everything was simply fascinating. It is a place to stay. The location is very central by the way. If you are person who likes to walk instead of taking part in tours, then it would be a nice place to stay.

Excellent location to walk and take metro, and train. Owner and son manages so you get exceptional service. When you need something they try their best that moment.

The rooms are small but it is ok if your goal is seeing as much as you can in Rome. So it was very good for us.

Room tip: Upper floors are better.

In order to save money for tours, my son and I took the bus from the airport to the Roma Termini railway station. This hotel is located about 5 blocks away about 1/2 block in front of St Mary Major. It's also convenient to 2 to 3 subway stops. This makes it easy to get around to many of the tourist sights in the city. I would recommend you buy a transportation pass at the Termini when you arrive for this allows you to travel both on buses and subways in a cost efficient and convenient manner. The hotel rooms are small , but efficient and well maintained. I did have a problem with the television reception which they offered to work on, however, since we weren't there to watch television I never insisted on a repair. I just watched for a while on the hotel lobby tv. The front desk is very helpful and are willing to work with you on any questions you might have. The breakfast was varied, good quality, and if it's part of your reservation (it isn't always) it's a good deal. We were there for 6 days and were very satisfied.
