We liked all about the hotel except the shower. I guess that's how they have showers in Italy. Only had less than half of a glass shower door. Which you had to stand so close to the wall and under shower head in order not to get water all over the floor.Other than than Good Hotel

I was on a Globus Tour and we stayed at this hotel. It doesn't look like much on the outside but it is very nice on the inside. There were three of us and we got a room with double beds and a sofa bed. They were nice to already have the sofa bed prepared! It wasn't that uncomfortable either. The bathroom was more spacious than I thought it would be and the room was very clean. No stains or funky smells. The walls are thin in the bathroom so I could hear the neighbors talking but other than that it was very quiet. It's a close walk to some grocery stores and nice restaurants. I think it's near a famous street, La Dolce Vita. A nightlife area. The concierge were super nice and helpful. I forgot my outlet converter and the gentlemen at the front desk was very sweet and loaned me the converter. He said it was 5 Euros if I wanted to keep it which I did. I was very grateful because he was the only one who knew what I was talking about it. Would stay here again.

If you want to stay somewhere decent with good service away from the hassle of Rome centre then this place is for you. It may not be central but there are plenty of decent, local eateries near by. We had a top floor room with amazing view over the gardens and distant hills. Good wifi too

Rooms are nice and cosy, colorful (for example our room was pink and green). It's a quiet area close to restaurants, shops, cafes and gelateries. The breakfast was very good underneath a vast chandelier. The staff was very friendly and the reception room was great and comfortable and you could sit as long as you'd like. The only tiny problem was it's location,it's not a very central place as many people would like but other than this it's great...

Stayed there for four days last month with two kids.
Room was spacious, family quadruple on 5th floor. Bathroom was clean, and toiletries were replaced daily. Room overlooked a street, so not a great view, but we were out most days. Beds were again spacious and very comfortable.
Staff went out of their way to help, eg when we realised we had forgotten kids toothbrushes at home!

Our tour guide booked us into this neighborhood hotel. While we found the room comfortable and the breakfast (included with the tour) good, the personal service was not. For example, the window had blinds and the knob to turn to the blinds fell off. We asked the front desk twice to fix it and the response was that not only was it not fixed but we found the knob hidden in the room. On several occasions we tried to get change so that we would have money to pay for bathroom stops and to tip local guides. We were always told to come back later as the hotel didn't have any money on hand (we found that strange and the other hotels we stayed with on the tour all provided change). This was frustrating because sometimes we would have to purchase something just to get change for a bathroom stop during the day.

I will not book this hotel again and would not recommend it unless the rate is much lower than other hotels in Rome.

The hotel in general is quite good.. Although a bit pricey yet negotiable try to get rooms with a balcony (superior room). The big trouble and I don't know how they claim 4 stars is that they don't have a proper good restaurant.. But is not a big problem as really good ones are close by.. It is also in very close very vicinity of villa borghese.. A very good place for just a walk, stroll or a good run...
