“Fantastic Italian food”
Reviewed 29 July 2014

We had a great meal at this warm and welcoming restaurant. Having eaten and cooked a lot of Italian food I can confidently say this was right up there with the best. To make it even better the staff were super friendly and the ambience ideal.

“Delightful Restaurant”
Reviewed 8 July 2014

Our concierge recommended this restaurant and we had a wonderful evening. The waiter was friendly and efficient and the entire staff made the evening an experience to remember. The food was wonderful and the suggested wine an excellent accompaniment. The room is larger and somewhat less intimate than some of the other very small restaurants we dined at but in way a negative. We enjoyed our evening thoroughly and would return.

“Amazing ambiance! The service was amazing!”
Reviewed 18 June 2014 via mobile

We had an amazing time last night! It is a family owned restaurant and you can feel the cheery vibe as you walk in. We didn't have a reservation but they took us in anyway (we got lucky). We ordered a bottle of wine, bruschetta, 3 pastas and a dessert and everything was delicious! However, the best part if our night was getting to meet the master behind the art! The chef came out and we got to thank her for the lovely meal and chatted with her for a bit. Best dining experience I have had in years!

“Fresh, artisanal food”
Reviewed 13 June 2014

The meal was truly excellent. We did not make a reservation because we were staying just around the corner, bit finished our sight-seeing early and stood outside at 6:40 waiting for the 7 p.m. Opening. We were the first ones in, so even though all tables were reserved for some time that evening, they seated us at a table reserved for 9 o'clock. We promised to be out on time. We ordered bruschetta which came with grilled bread and bowls containing four toppings, the traditional tomato and basil, live pate, mushroom and truffle and a vegetable pate . All were excellent as was the prosciutto and melon, notably because melon and tomatoes were picked ripe and sweet.. People who came later without reservations were turned away as it filled up. We also had pasta course, one Cacio e pepe with guanciale and with mushrooms and truffles. Really very good. The tiramisu with fresh strawberries and no chocolate was also noteworthy. All in all a great meal at a neighborhood price.
