Very comfortable Hotel located between Station and Colluseum Excellent clean and spacious rooms, and such helpful staff making your holiday as enjoyable as possible. Also near hop on Bus. For travellers also look at Omni Card abt AU$90,, will get you passes to all major sites, and no queues + all bus and train transport.

Stayed in Rome 2 nights. Paid EUR120 per night plus tax, got told it was 4-star...sorry no way! Been in 2 star hotels in Bali with a better overall standard than this one. WiFi in room was hopeless. Mini bar still had someone else's half eaten bar of chocolate in it. Had 3 tissues left in box and it wasn't replenished the next morning as you would expect. Slept in a so called king size bed, nothing more than 2 singles made up as one bed, needless to say when you get together in the middle for a cuddle the mattresses separate! Breakfast was ordinary, boiled egg was rotten! Later learned they leave them on the table unrefrigerated for the next day! Waitress was so rude - I chose a table set for 3 because I liked its location but she rudely ushered me to a table for 2. While we sat eating a few more couples came in - and they sat at the tables set for 3! Would not recommend this hotel as a 4 star and certainly not as good value! Btw air con in room was so noisy - like sleeping next to a generator.

Well this Hotel is not 4 stars more like 3 and if you bear this in mind and get a good price then it is fine for a short break. It is in need of a re-furb & a good clean Terraces are nice but could be so much better with a little TLC & again regular cleaning of tables we cleaned ours before sitting down! We stayed in room 312 & it was fine lovely old furniture in keeping with the building only niggles were that we couldnt fully close curtains as track was broken, T.V. refused to work & no instructions for the safe tried but hotel didnt fix any of these problems. The hotel is in a great location all attractions are within easy walking distance & is very quiet due to location which is a bonus after a very long day sight-seeing! Lots of good Restaurants, Bars nearby not expensive either. Breakfast is basic plus side is the outdoor terrace just perfect & very busy but pleasent staff. One very grumpy man on reception who we complained about but was told he isnt employed by Hotel all other staff were very helpful & greeted us warmly. So if your not too fussed by poor decor give it a try, will def stay somewhere else when we return to this Beautiful city.

Room Tip: 312 was fine

This hotel is average. Maybe 4 stars are to much. I visited it with my friends and we are satisfied at all. There is no noise, because the location is far from boulevards and center. Anyway you can reach the center by walk for 10 minutes or something around. There is good restaurants, cafes and sights nearby. Rooms are good too, well cleaned every day. The breakfast restaurant is really small and we hardly find places in the morning.

Stayed in Rome for 3 nights at the beginning of February with my partner and absolutely loved it!
Transport from airport to main city centre was so easy just jumped on a coach which was dirt cheap and used a local map to find the hotel from there which was a 5 minute walk!
Hotel in a brilliant location all tourist attractions were within walking distance which was fantastic!
Room was very spacious and very clean and had a lovely balcony! Only downfall was the breakfast we had it once and then chose to eat out the other days so wasnt a big problem and wasnt too bad if your not a fussy eater. They had things like fresh fruit juice and coffee - nice, cold meats and bread - which was stale and tastless, pastries and boiled eggs - ok but that was bout it!
Other than the breako id definatly stay here again, room and location made it!!

This hotel was in a quiet location, close to the attractions in Rome. Our room was clean and spacious but not serviced daily. The breakfast was vast and the option to dine on the terrace was nice and the waitress servicing breakfast and helpful and polite. After staying in smaller places in other regions in Italy, this hotel had the feeling of being commercial with no personal touches and the staff on reception were polite but blunt and didn't exert themselves to help you.

The hotel is on a quiet street so no noise. It's close to some restaurants, stores, and sights. The breakfast was ok, not hot food, only cold boiled eggs. The server was very good. I found the hotel shabby. There were two patios, one on the fourth floor and the other on the fifth floor which were not maintained. The room didn't have any night tables to put stuff on and the mattresses were small army cots. The bathroom was nice enough. The couches in the reception area were terrible, very dirty and flat. I wouldn't mind these things if we had paid half the price but for the rate we paid, the quality was unsatisfactory. We stayed in a hotel in Florence for the about the rate and everything was very good or excellent condition. I would not recommend this hotel.
