“Great all round Hotel”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 May 2012

We just back from staying in this hotel a week ago and i must say i was very pleased. The hotel was in great condition inside and was very modern. The breakfast was lovely and a large variety. The bedroom wasn't the largest I've stayed in but for the amount of time we was there this wasn't a problem.
The hotel is a 1 minute walk from the tram stop and this is a 5-10 min tram ride to central Rome which costs €1 each way. (You can purchase tickets from the hotel for easy)

The hotel staff were very helpful and gave us great advise on how to get about.

All in all a great little find for the cost.

Friendly n helpful staff, very clean, short selection of food in breakfast, yet fresh produce, 45-min walk from Piazza di Popolo but 4 stops away by tram which is just across the street from the hotel!

Very good value for money :)

We'd stay there again!

Got a good deal at hotels.com for a single night. 2 adults and one child aged 10 in one small room. Good location close to Stadio Olimpico. We were there for a football game. Would not choose this hotel for a classic Rome City visit. Besides that everything was OK and service at desk was nice and helpful.

The hotel is located in a area where the romans lives, but close enough to the attractions. A few stop with the tram, and piazza Popolo is just some footsteps away.
The hotel staff were helpful and we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

I stayed at the hotel last summer and there are no ''hidden fees''. The extra 26 euros which that person mentioned would have been city tax, which (as they explain when you pay it) you have to pay wherever you stay in Rome and it's only about 6 euros per night. They charge quite a lot for internet, but they never hide that form you there are signs which tell you that everywhere and you only get the internet if you ask for it. We never needed internet anyway.

Please don't be put off by that review, I know I would be if I hadn't stayed there before. It's a really lovely hotel and staff are all charming with great English and we never felt like information was withheld.

The hotel Villa Glori in Rome has hidden fees a top the booked fee, that was 26 Euros per each room plus 6 Euros internet fee for each day. That was really bad.
