Place is very convenient, just 15mins walk away from Metro Republica and many tourist attractions.Room is very nice and spacious. However, concierge service only available from 2pm to around 8.30pm hence, could be difficult to get them.

I and my family stayed in Residence Europa in the beginning of July, 12. Overall, we had a good experience. The place is small, it is located on the 4th floor of old building in the center of Rome, close the main subway stations with small restaurants right under your windows, It has a small elevator, but you will have to go one floor up from the ground floor to use it. Because it was not right on busy Via Nazionale, but 100 meters away on Via Genova, it was quiet. It was also close to many sites and we walked a lot. We had very little furniture in our apartment, but enough space and it served the purpose of sleeping there and preparing simple meals. It was, certainly, a good value for the family of 4 in comparison to staying in hotels, especially, in comparison to the dog house we got for more money in Venice. We did come on Sunday and were able to check in, though, we had to email and tell them in advance when we will arrive. Communication with staff was prompt and staff was courteous. This is not a real hotel, they don't clean and change sheets every day, be prepared for that. Our apartment didn't have its own washing machine, but when we asked they took our laundry and washed it for us in their washing machine. I really liked small restaurants in the area; our family of 4 was spending on average 40 euros for lunch or dinner including house wine. Compare this to 110 euros we left for a simple lunch in Venice!
In short, have right expectations and you won't be disappointed.

This place is not a hotel in the classic sense; it may be good for long time stay if it is any cheaper. According to their website, you can check in until 9:00 pm including Sundays, however you can't. Cleaning lady leaves at 5:00pm, and if you haven't called earlier and setup a time, no luck. Even then, you have to wait for the receptionist to arrive.

After you check in, you'll find out that cleaning and towel services every few days. Furniture is too simple and bare. There is a kitchen area with a sink, a stove, a fridge and basic utensils. If you are looking for a bare apartment feeling, that will do.

Everything was good. The location of the hotel is the main advantage. It’s 100 m to supermarket, 500 m to metro "Republica". Good restaurant is next door. All main POI are within 30 min of walking. Very close to Via Nazionale, but quiet. I’d recommend to all who's looking for a big room with the kitchen in the center of Rome.

We stayed at this serviced apartment for 5 days, it was a one bedroom apartment, very clean with full kitchen. And it was 70 euro per night. However, it was hard to find help when we needed something because the desk hour is from 2pm to 9 pm even though it says the service is available from 10 am, but the cleaning lady doesn't speak English. However, we left our bag pack at the hotel when we checked out 6 am in the morning, took us a while to reached someone on the phone to get help, but eventually we got it back. Highly recommend if you think service is not a big issue for your stay.
