We stayed three nights upon arriving in Rome as a stop on our extended vacation. If it had been any longer I don't know that I would have been as satisfied. The room was small but I expected it to be because of the location. I looked at tons of other reviews of this hotel before I booked it and found the assessments to be fair. The room was clean and the beds were a bit hard, but there were extra pillows and blankets in the wardrobe. The bathroom was small but clean and the shower was good with plenty of hot water and pressure. The hair dryer was low power compared to in the states and the one i brought refused to work even with the power converter. The free wi-fi was nice and we had no problems logging on. The wall outlets charged all of our apple devices without the need for a converter. The staff is chinese and very friendly. The only complaints I had included the two stories worth of steps to climb because of an elevator that does not hold more than one person plus luggage, the noise in our room (right next to the front desk we heard every other guest, phone call, and buzzer rung during our stay), and the fact that despite it being sold as a no smoking room, the staff would smoke at the window in the stairwell and we could smell it in our room as if someone were smoking right in there with us.

Some tips: We paid for the airport pick up which I am so glad we did. If you are planning to use the train from fumichino and walk from termini be aware that the hotel is hard to find and it is several blocks through questionable neighborhoods. The day we arrived there was a transportation strike and we would have been stuck without the shuttle. It was 50 euro for four people so cheaper than the train for us anyway.

There are a few good restaurants with in a three or four block walk from the hotel. The piazza in front is nice during the day, but not at night. Watch for expensive bar/restaurants who don't post prices then gouge you when you get the bill. We stopped for granita at a little gelato place a block up from the forum and bought four granitas. We were told to take a seat outside and they would be brought out. When my husband went to pay the bill it was 36 euros! We were told to go back to America if we didn't like it.

The metro station is right outside the hotel. If you want a cheep way to get around Rome learn how to buy tickets for and use the public transport. You'll save yourself a lot of walking.

This hotel was located in an extremely convenient location, just a few minutes walk from the Rome Termini Station. Also, just across the street from it was the Vittorio Emmanuele Metro stop, making travel in Rome easy and convenient. This hotel was located in Rome's China Town, so there is quite a few Chinese restaurants around the area.
The service at this hotel was fantastic. The girl at the counter when I checked in was extremely helpful. Even when I needed to call to book tickets for the museum, she was able to help me. She also gave us good advice as to where to find good food.
The rooms were also extremely clean. It was also cleaned daily, with towels and bath essentials provided. The beds were also rather comfortable.
The only drawback to my stay at this hotel was the size of the room. The room was rather small. Also the hotel is basically located in an apartment block, so the outside of the hotel does not look particularly impressive. Also, the hotel is only served by a single lift, so expect to be waiting for a while if you aren't able to use the stairs.
All in all, staying at this hotel was a rather good experience for me. It was located in an ideal location, and had friendly staff. However, if you're wanting a luxurious stay, do not expect that here.

We traveled to Rome last year in Octomber, and we stayed to Hotel Rome Love for 3 nights. The location of the hotel is very good, near Termini and just few steps from the metro station. Also we used the busses in the night, so we get off in Santa Maria in Maggiore which is pretty close to the hotel. The hotel is located in 2 floors in an old building, it was really small but it was just what we expected. The room was really clean and tastefull but too small. They change the towels every day. I really liked the hotel because generally the hotels in Rome are really old and not so clean. Except from the accomodation fees, which was prepaid by credit card, we paid an additional amount for every person per night in cash, but we were aware of that from the beginning. The location area is quiet at night, but because it is near the Termini you can see many homeless people staying at night, but we didn't had any problems. The hotel does not serve breakfast, but that was not a problem, because just in the corner there is a cafe were you can drink cappuccino and eat corneto for just 2,40 euro. We had the best time in Rome, and we hope to come back soon.

We booked with our husband for 4 nights via internet but we only last 1 night in Hotel Rome Love. The beds were hard as stone! We tried to change of bedroom hoping that we could have a better room, but we found another hard mattress. We explained the situation to the receptionist; that we were leaving because we couldn't rest nor sleep over that bed, but no refund was made, so literally we lost 3 nights and had to pay another hotel. They said their policy was "not refundable". Plus the rooms are dark with a little window, the bathrooms are very small. The hotel doesn't even have a facade which indicates its name and they call themselves a hotel. We paid the highest price in Italy here (80euros per night) and the worst accomodation.

We spent 6 nights in Rome at the beginning of June. The hotel is very clean, well run and very close to the Metro and Termini station. Also within walking distance to Collosseo and Santa Maria Maggiore. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Rome. 50m away you'll find Trattoria Vecchia Roma an excellent traditional Italian restaurant, very suitable for dinner close to the hotel(don't forget to book in advance)
Travelling in Rome is very easy and there are plenty of buses, Metro and open tour buses. Consider if you want to visit quickly the main attractions Omnia Vatican& Rome pass that gives you access to about 10 museums with priority access, 3 days open-tour bus and Rome Pass on all public transport. Although it looks expensive 85 Euros/person it is worth the money. You'll end up paying more than that if you take the tour on your own

Overall we enjoyed Rome, the hotel, museums ...everything. We'll come back soon.
