Great location but small rooms and showers that you need an engineering degree to turn on.Aside from hole in ceiling around vent rooms were clean and modern .The Staff
are a bit rushed ,breakfast was pretty basic .
- Free Wifi
So we stayed in this hotel a few days ago. when we made the reservation we asked for a nice room because it was our Honeymoon.. not only we didnt get any 'congrats' we got the smallest room they had..and I mean REALLY SMALL we couldnt open our suitcases ans get in the toilet at the same time..anyway..after 1 night sleeping in that room (#11..ask any room but that one..) we spoke to Jake that was much much nicer then the lady the day before and he moved us to a nicer room..turns out they have really nice rooms if you add 30 uro per night..we didnt stay in those rooms but its an option we didnt see on the web site..if youre looking for a nice small room this hotel is perfect..CLOSE TO EVERYTHING..BREAKFAST IS GOOD a little bit of a problem with hot water but 90% of the time we had hot water..the price is good and its clean..
the reason why this hotel survives is because the city in which is located and its steps from that city main atraction (fontana di trevi)
one of the worst hotel i have stayed in my life
reception under construction ,we were 3 rooms located in 3 diferent buildings one of it a basement
if you want just a bed and if price is very cheap maybe you can stay here if you are looking for an experience that enhance your trip to Rome stay away
i have stayed in many hotels in Rome by far this is the worst
We stayed here only one night in this property tucked into a narrow street (like so many in Rome). A little challenging arriving after the cab dropped us off a little distance from the front door ( not sure if cars were restricted?). Checkin and out was fairly pain free and our room, while in a separate building close to the lobby, was very clean and cool. We missed breakfast, so can't comment there. Perhaps a little noisy with the street right outside the room, but after a full day of sightseeing, we had no trouble sleeping.
Our family of 6 had 3 rooms on the 1st floor for 3 nights. When we first came into the hotel the first thing we saw was Linda at the desk with a wonderful smile. The rooms were all different but were very nice & comfortable & taken care of by Diluk, who ways great. The breakfast on the roof top was great, with a wonderful view. The patio is small but they also have an inside area that's nice & the service was great. It's in walking distance of so many sites that you can always get around. If we go back to Rome it's were we would stay.
what a terrible experience ! On arrival the stony faced receptionist kind of grunted a few words such as "passports" then handed a key to our room .... Ironically, as it turned out, room 101 !!! The porter took our suitcase and walked 1.5mts to a door opened it and said "here you are !" I'm sure he expected a tip for it ! The room was a rabbit hutch and stifling hot. There was no external window and the only window opened onto a 1mt sq landing with a door ! We asked for another room, to be told "no can do, until tomorrow". The porter turned the air con on full, "it will be as cold as ice on your return!" ... It was noisy !!!. We went out and on our return entered the room to be hit by a belt of heat like you would experience when returning to your car after it had been in the sun all day ! Because the room was so close to the reception desk all we could hear all night long was the phone ringing, other guests arriving, coughing, sneezing and of course the extremely loud air con !! We then discovered there were no glasses provided to drink from and that the plug in the sink was stuck shut. The following morning having been unable to shave or brush teeth we went to breakfast, only to realise that nobody had actually told us on arrival when or where breakfast was ! On arrival to the 4th floor there were 2 ladies working in the kitchen although neither one greeted us or showed us to a table or explained how breakfast worked !! So, we sat at the cleanest table we could find and then proceeded to work out where everything was !! After a trip out in the morning we returned to the hotel to find that we had been allocated another room. I mentioned that the plug in the sink in 101was stuck only to be told rather sternly that "the 2 old ladies before us hadn't complained!".
Anyway, on to our new room, excellent we thought. Still very small but it is a very old building and we expected no more. The (ancient) air con was excellent it had an external window and the sink worked !! What we hadn't accounted for was the "water feature" in the corner of the room !! It appeared that every time someone in the hotel flushed their toilet we had the sound of the Trevi Fountain in our room !! All through the night !! I have never stayed in a hotel where customer satisfaction seemed to be so low on the list of priorities !! The staff seemed to be very loathe to help or offer advice. On the plus side the location was brilliant !!! Which is what made us choose this hotel in the first place.
