My husband and I spent 3 days at this hotel pre-cruise. We were very satisfied with this hotel. We booked a superior deluxe room. The room we were given was on the fifth floor and was clean and spacious -- in fact, it is the largest room I've ever stayed at during my many trips to Europe. Everyone we encountered there -- the receptionists, the maid, the workers at the buffet -- were very friendly and efficient. We loved the location -- while not in the middle of the tourist area, it was a 10 minute walk to the Piazza Navona, and near a very lively avenue where the locals hang out at night for dinner, gelato, or a stroll. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who has plans to visit Rome.

Air condtioning saved our lives as hot hot hot.
Small room but adequate - the lift worked- breakfast was excellent. Quiet location but good for Vatican and Piazza Navona.
Do get them to have a taxi to pick you up if you are not catching the train - we have been caught out before - 50 euros. Excellent meal on the roof terrace - not open Saturdays.

This small boutique style hotel is great value for money and in a good location not far from a metro stop. The breakfast is good and the rooms are nicely decorated (although one of our was very small and the other had a strange smell when the aircon was on!) The staff on reception and in the bar were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. I would definatly recommend this hotel.

We spent 4 nights in the Isa Hotel on our recent trip through Italy. It was clean, very new, and very comfortable. The location was perfect - just outside the really crazy tourist area, but close enough to walk to almost everything. The windows blocked out the light and most of the noise - I'm a very light sleeper and was satisfied with it. The bathroom was very modern, and the room had ample space for luggage, etc.

The staff spoke English and were sufficiently helpful. There was a computer in the lobby which was free to use, which was really nice. The staff even printed out a reservation for a tour for us. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety to choose from and made your coffee/espresso/cappucino to order. LOVED the freshly squeezed OJ!

We booked our hotel using reviews from TripAdvisor - they were pretty acurate, and the pictures from the website were true. Overall this was a great hotel - I would recommend it to anyone.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and were really glad we had chosen it, there were so many to chose from in Rome. The front desk staff was super helpful, the maids were really nice and the staff at the rooftop terrace was over the top great, especially the chef who seems to work constantly! The breakfast was a real crowd pleaser for our our group (5 adults) because once we got on the street we walked and explored all day. The rooftop is a bar in the evening and it was the perfect place to meet up and regroup while overlooking the dome of St Peters. We would stay there again, it was great to be on that side of the river rather than in the busy heart of Rome.

When we arrived our room was not ready and we were asked to come back in an hour to check in. We came back and were given the key to our room. The housekeeping staff seem to be the only ones allowed to use the lift during the day, so we had to drag our case up 3 flights of stairs, only to find that our room had not yet been cleaned. So back down the stairs to reception who made no apology and asked us to come back in another hour.

The pictures on the hotel website are very misleading, as only 2 out of the 5 floors have been renovated and our room was very very run down. We were woken up at 6.30am every morning by constant chatter of housekeeping staff. The reception staff weren't rude but made no effort to be friendly or helpful. No advise was given on times or locations for breakfast, dinner or the bar, you simply had to work this out for yourself. This hotel was extremely overpriced. Not to be recommended!

This is a really nice city centre hotel. Its location is perfect 5 mins from the vatican. The breakfast is brillant will keep you going until dinner. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help and chat.

The room was not quite what I expected from the website but they seem to be doing up the hotel floor by floor. The decor in my room was a bit dated and bissare but it was very clean.
