We stayed at the Abruzzi from 11/16 to 11/20. Double room facing the Pantheon for my mom and I. Room was clean and adequate for our needs, European hotels are always smaller than the norm so we expected that. But the view cannot be beat. At first we thought the noise at the Piazza will bother us, but it somewhat added to the ambience. Especially in the evenings when a opera singer will perform some songs through the night... how often do you have that? We walked to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Vittorio Emanuele, Colosseum and the Forum. Love the area around the hotel, just taking a stroll is a treat. We had dinner at Antonio al Pantheon and loved every meal. Will definitely stay here again.
