Stayed for one week first time visiting Rome. Staff, especially Fredricka the concierge, helpful and accommodating everyday. Would recommend this hotel , near Pantheon, Piazza Navona. We were very happy with our room, which faced the inner courtyard and was quiet at night. Room size was good, including nice bathroom.

Ideal situation for seeing the sights of Rome, just behind the Pantheon and very convenient for taking in the atmosphere of central Rome. Friendly helpful staff, everything was immaculately clean and comfortable. there was a secluded outside terrace, lovely for a glass of Prosecco after sightseeing and before dinner.

Room Tip: Small balcony with lovely sunny aspect in early morning.

The location of this hotel is wonderful! Just mere minutes from the Pantheon, and short walk from most of the other major sites in the area. Surrounded by many wonderful, good restaurants and the best gelato places in town! The rooms were very clean, the bathrooms utilitarian. The shower room was tiny! The staff - all business! That is not the worst. What we suffered from is the heat in the bedrooms! I was there in early December 2012 for 10 days with my girlfriend; we each had a room. We both tried to lower the heat setting using the room thermostat/control to no avail. The thermostat would read above 80F by dawn. We could not sleep as our throats would be so parched we coughed all night! My girlfriend opened her window one night and it was worse because it just triggered the heater on even more! We complained but nothing happened. It seemed the room control does not really do anything. The heater was centrally controlled somewhere else! I will not stay there again. Who knows how their AC works in the summer?

We stayed in Rome for 5 wonderful nights and thoroughly enjoyed being so central and walking distance to the attractions of the centre of Rome. The pantheon was next door and a real buzz at night full of activity in the square and great place to dine and look at the amazing view of the "pantheon" amazing building. We had a great unit suggested by Frederica who was the most helpful staff member in the hotel and happy to help with tour bookings and suggestions which is helpful from the locals. With 5 of us our set up was ideal 3 single beds then big king bed in separate room , beautifully appointed bathroom with everything needed and a terrace balcony that overlooked that roofs of Rome to us was worth every cent . We can't bear being locked up in central heating and no fresh air. Breakfasts were plentiful and many options for adults and kids. Would recommend the central location and would stay there if we return to Rome.

Room Tip: If you are traveling with family or like fresh air ask for room with terrace on the top floor.

My wife and 2 adult daughters recently stayed at the hotel in Rome. The location is good as was the service by the hotel staff. However, our room was unacceptable. To be fair, the room was booked by our travel agent. We had a large room on the top floor. It appears to be converted attic space because the ceiling beams were exposed and the ceiling height in some areas was extremely low. I'm 6' 2" and bumped my head several times on the rafters in the closet and bathroom. Plus, there is no shower, only a bath tub. How can they charge $350 euro per night and not provide a room where you can stand upright and not have a shower? Plus, due to the attic space, the room was very warm there last Saturday when it was sunny and temps in the low 60's. The small AC unit cooled the main bedroom but not the larger area where our daughters slept.

My wife and I and two of our grandkids spent four nights there recently. The accommodations and staff are excellent. So is the plentiful breakfast. It is centrally located in an absolutely charming area 100 meters from the Pantheon one of my favorite structures anywhere. The place to stay for anyone who loves Rome and who loves walking in that wonderful city.

Our family of 5 stayed 4 nights in the hotel in Feb 2013. Our room setup was great with 3 single beds set up in a living area and a separate bedroom for parents. In between was a table/chairs, closet and the bathroom, We had a large terrace facing an interior courtyard of sorts. Breakfast was plentiful (hot and cold choices). Concierge staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk staff less so, but not too bad. We liked the location and ended up almost every night at the nearby Pantheon for gelato on the way home. Only real complaint was a slightly icky smell persisting in the bathroom, but it didn't bother us too much outside the bathroom. This is not a luxury hotel, but for the reasonable price and location we found it quite nice for a family of 5.

Room Tip: Room A1 was good for family of 5 - has a large terrace too!
