A Hotel with an excellent reach out. Just walking up after the exit you take a good peaceful walk up the Aventino Hill. Across the road is Testaccio with its extraordinary restaurants and trattorie. Close to Circo Massimo and the Colosseo as well. The Hotel offered us excellent service. The breakfast though I must say was Just ok. For an unforgettable holiday in Rome an ideal place!

This hotel was a nice surprise. Very close to tram and bus stop as well as Metro (Piramide) and railway station and only at short walking distance from the colosseum. The interior is luminous, the staircase has daylight and makes the place airy. The room was small but kept very tidy, the bed comfortable and the bathroom impeccable. Although not very far from a busy street the place is quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple and the only downpoint is the bad filter coffee, but you can ask the waiter for an espresso.

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Every tourist attraction is accessible from here by foot easily. The only problem here is the boring breakfast which was just the same every single day....

I often travel for work to a small town ~10miles southeast of Rome. I picked this hotel because it has a large parking lot and is very easy to get to main roads leading outside the city. This hotel is not in the heart of the tourist district but is an easy ~15 min walk to the Colosseum. The room are small in typical Italian fashion and the breakfast consist of coffee, pastries, juices, eggs, and a cheese and meat platter. Again very typical of the area.

Be cautions when using GPS to get to this hotel. GPS or at least the one I had in my car had the hotel located across the street and down a block. I asked some nice guys on the street about the hotel and they immediately pointed to it. Once you know where it is it is easy to find again.

Overall if you are looking for a fancy place this hotel is not for you. If you are looking for a decently priced/typical Rome hotel and need parking, give this place a try.

I've never written a review before, but I feel like I owe it to Hotel Santa Prisca to write something. My wife and I loved this place. When we booked our hotels we decided to stay at a low-budget place the first few nights then splurge on something fancier for the end of the trip. We wish we had just stayed put at Santa Prisca. Obviously, it's not a 4-star hotel, but it was 5-star service. Every single person working there was super-friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room was pleasant as well. Not large, but big enough. The place was spotless, and the cleaning staff did an amazing job in the mornings. They're locating in a safe area, less than a minute away to multiple bus lines, and about a ten minute walk to the train station. Maybe a thirty-minute walk to the Coloseum. Free wi-fi, which is more than we can say for the second hotel we stayed at. Overall, I would recommend Santa Prisca to anyone, and will definitely stay there again if we get back to Rome any time soon.
