We spent one night at dharma after 3 days in another hotel nearby. Rom was good, maybe needs a bit of fixes here and there. If I have to make comparison, we paid much more here and had a smaller room than elsewhere. Good points: we met the most professional and attentive service ever had (ms. Daniella) and we loved breakfast in the restaraunt downstairs, that unfortunately its located outside the building, meaning that if it rains you need to look for umbrella.... Good for us the gentleman at the desk did provide one for ourselves.
Overall pricey compared even to four stars hotel of the area. If you don't matter of paying more for having five stars customer service, go for dharma. Otherwise you can pay less around and opt for a more standardized hotel with proper lobby and dining room.
