Went there twice in a week with colleagues. Grill is great, however pretty much everything else (from starters to pizza) could be improved substantially. Fiori di zucca, for instance, are a typical Roman starter. I tried them and they really looked like taken from frozen and fried. Same applies to suppli'. Some friends had pizza, and ended up being hungry after that.
I'd recommend the place if grilled meat is what you're after, there are better places for pizza and other typical Roman dishes.

Located just about half a block from the Aran Montegna Hotel (turn left out side the gate) . We had just arrived in Roma (about 3 PM) and we were hungry. We headed out looking for someplace close and the was the Mucca Pazza (Crazy Cow). We chose to sit on the glass enclosed patio and the charming waitress brought us a menu. My wife loves pizza so we ordered a margherita beer and wine. The waitress said the forno needed to get hot...did we mind waiting? We didn't... and since we were the first folks in for the afternoon she came and chatted for awhile. We had a delicious pizza and the beer was cold and the white wine cold and crisp. 10.5 Euros! They had lots of other choices and are open for dinner...and we would have returned but were meeting friends later. and leaving for Sorrento the next morning. The place was filling up by the time we left.
