If You are looking for a cheap but very clean, very friendly accomodation and You are ok to walk 1km to the metro - this is Your place!. Kids are very welcome, the nuns love them, although there is nothing for them to entertain. Breakfast is OK, better than the average "ROME style" breakfast, however if You can You should bring some ham or salami with You cos' they don't serve those. There is no TV in the room but You don't go to Rome to watch TV anyway. Free WIFI has a decent bandwith even in the very far away (Room 18) Room. Someone is always sitting at th Reception and open to help You with anything, but You are a bit handicapped if you can only speak English :). All in all, we liked it very much with my wife and my 4 Yr old daughter. 8 out of 10.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of a train station. By buying the 3 days tourist pass, we could visit all major attractions in Rome without too much travel time or money. Since it is not in the heart of the city or very close to major attractions, we also saved money on our hotel stay. Travel time to any major attraction is 15-20 mins (including walking and train time). Easy to come back at night after visiting tourist places. The place was very clean and well maintained. The staff were the friendliest we had in our entire trip of Spain and Italy.
