This is a nice hotel in a great location near the Piazza del Popolo. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful and their english was good. The buffet breakfast was nice with plently of choice. The one thing that lets this hotel down is the loud music playing in the courtyard. We stayed here for four nights in April on a Mon, Tues, Wed and Thurs night. Each night loud music played in the central courtyard until about 10pm. It could even be heard over the top of the television. We had busy schedules for each of the days we were in Rome and could only get to sleep after the music stopped at 10pm. One night at 8pm it got too much for me and I went down to ask the barman to turn the music down. He said he would have to ask his manager and after making a phone call he turned it down. The next night the music was playing loudly again. A hotel is supposed to be a place to rest after a busy day of sightseeing. It is unfair to people paying good money to stay here to blast them with loud music. And yes we did have the windows closed.

Family trip to Rome for 3 nights, 1 bed suite was a good size and ideal for 3 of us as our 17 year old had a sleeper sofa in the living room away from our bedroom. Limo pickup from Fiumicino airport arranged by hotel worked really well and took about 45 mins. Hotel ideally situated in a nice area 100m from Piazza del Popolo. Hotel reception staff were great, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel food was good but limited choice, would recommend Porto di Ripetta restaurant 50m towards Piazza del Popolo as good food and choice and open early for evening meals. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is ideally located in Rome, close to the Piazza del Poppolo and in a very pleasant area, with many "Trattorias", where the food is simple, but very good.
The hotel itself is comfortable, but tends to be a bit noisy in the morning (but after all, we are in Rome). The personel is very friendly and helpful.
Excellent breakfast (Buffet).

Room Tip: Try to have a room on the inside patio

This hotel is perfectly situated close to Piazza di Popolo and not far away from all other sights by walking. It´s obviously in an old part of an ancient town, so do not expect anything overly modern. The hotel has it´s charm and dignity. The rooms are a bit dated, but let´s say functional enough for a city-visit. We used a 2-bedroom suite for our family of four and it offered comfort and enough space, although a bit dark and dated. At the same time, when you´re in a city like room you are not so bothered about the room really, 2 minutes away you could have a drink sitting outside with a nice view of the Piazza di Popolo full of life, ambiance and people.

One thing that bothered me a bit was that the paid for Internet connection was really bad and you kept falling out of and had to re-log in all the time, especially bad as you have to pay of it.

The breakfast was o.k with a reasonable amount of choice, nothing special, but not bad either.

We used their transfer arriving, obviously 3-4 times more expensive then a regular taxi, but sometimes it´s worth to avoid hassle and get going fast. It was described as a Mercedes van and
so it was, but an old, dirty one, hardly in one piece. It had no suspension and had to drive at a very low speed at the highway due to it. It surprises me the hotel would like to associate themselves with this kind of "service". I knew what we were paying, but this way would have been both more comfortable, safer and faster in ANY taxi(not talking into account it was 3-4 times more expensive.

At the end of the day, hotel was o.k, staff friendly, but next time I´d still try another place.

My partner and I came to Rome to see the rugby. We wanted a hotel in a good central location. We were right near the Borgesse Gardens and opposite some great little restaurants. The hotel room was quiet, no noise from the traffic. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not eat in the restaurant in the evening, but breakfast was excellent. Our room was large, but we found the bed very hard and had to ask for a blanket to make it slightly softer. It would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities too. We asked for a kettle and a selection of teas and that was provided.
