“great place for cheap but good quality coffee”
Reviewed 15 September 2012

we had a caffe laute & cappucino for 1.90 euro! for just off the piazza navona, it was superb value and it was also very good. the orange juice is excellent. the croissants are more brioche like, but good. nice seating inside. after 11pm, it turns into a bar. friendly staff too.

“Fabulous!”
Reviewed 23 July 2012

Lovely little bar with friendly staff and a really comfortable feel. In the week we spent in Rome, we found ourselves returning here on four or five occasions. The cocktails were delicious and reasonably priced. I really enjoyed the bookshop aspect - even bought a book along with my glass of wine. The music was good as well, playing stuff that English and American tourists will be familiar with. The sofas at the back became our place for the week and I will definitely be returning on future visits to the Eternal City. As well as drinks, they serve cakes and biscuits, including really lovely little macaroons.

“Where's Wally”
Reviewed 9 July 2012

Although we were living a hop, skip and a beat away from this trendy, hipster bookshop come cafe we only stumbled on it on our last day in Rome.

With absolute delight we savagely devoured their extremely reasonably priced, crispy, fresh and tasty salads, fresh orange juice and panini's. Surrounding us where people engrossed in their books, sitting solo while working on their laptops, friends chatting away. It was such a treat to be here.
