Stayed here for five nights. Everything was good, unfortunately we kept feeling cold at night. I complaint for the first time, the lady came down to turn on the heater. However, the third until the fifth nights i was tried to complain the same thing but no improvement.

On the fifth day, when we need to leave earlier around 8... we were shocked there was no hot water until 6.30 am... I was not pleased.

PS. No Lift is available....

Room Tip: Room 6 is cold

Thank you for everyting was good !!
In Rome we have a time to turn the radiators.12 hours per day.Midnight switch off and back on again at 6.30 am.When the heaters were turned off, you touched the hot water boiler.
YOU OFF HOT WATER.Radiators work with building time.Only the administrator of building can change the time of the radiators.I'm sorry for papy Abdullah, the morning of our departure had no hot water. The elevator must be repairaid it in the coming days.

Not only it was clean and warm in the cold night of rome - the staff was amazing. Veronika the house keeper was super nice and always made sure we're fine and we have everything.
Rome is not a big city and you can walk everywhere but you got line 75 to the colluseo and then trastevere and it's five min walk from termini.
very very nice hostel - should be called HOTEL.
also very cheap!

Only I can say is just perfect! Good accommodation and the room is very clean. Mia Lodge hostel have great position. All important things in Rome are just 10-15 minutes walking from there. The main bus/train/metro station "Termini" is 5 minutes away. The breakfast was good also. All information you need about the city, transport, etc. Veronica (girl who works in hostel) will give you. She is always there for all you need as Maria also. There is a hundred reasons to visit this place!

Room Tip: The single room at the 4th floor is perfect for couples.

As far as hostels go this is perfect: perfect location, perfect room, perfect staff.

We arrived at 11pm at night and were met by a very friendly girl who talked us through a map of Rome and gave us some great tips. The morning after we were greeted by Maria who was extremely friendly regardless of the language barrier.

The location couldn't have been better. No matter which road we set off on (as there's an option of three different roads to take from the hostel), we always came across a monument or Roman wonder.

The room was cleaned each day and we also shared a bathroom with other holiday goers, which was kept spotless.Breakfast was minimal but to be honest I would suggest you eat out for brekkie as part of the experience!

From the outside the hostel looks slightly unkempt and I have to admit I was worried as to what it would be like inside but take my word for it, it really is a perfect, cheap alternative to a hotel, place to stay :0)

We stayed at this B&B in May. Everything else in Rome was either not flexible with our arrival time or too expensive, so we picked this place even though it had no reviews. The B&B was a little hard to find but that may just be because or taxi driver ripped us off. The room itself was clean, but small. The staff was friendly when we arrived. They gave us a map and instructions on how to get places. Good English. The breakfast was standard. Packaged croissants and slightly stale cereal, but they also had fresh fruit, so that's a plus. The only real complaint I have about this place was that on the date of our departure, we had left some bus tickets in our room and so we went back to our room after vacating it not even 10 minutes earlier and the staff was not very friendly or accomodating about letting us search for our lost tickets. They kept rushing us out since another guest was due to arrive. I understand that our room had to be cleaned, but we should have been shown a little more leniency as we did just stay at this place for three nights.
