The best Train station i ever seen, it's the connection for the 2 metro lines, from here you can reach al the italian cities from Rome, the buses toward Fumincino Airport depart from here also..
it's also a nice place for shopping, many shops, different brands, & to Eat or just a coffee, there is always a solution... I love this station, it's always busy all day around..

“Do not use Terravision unless you want your luggage to be stolen!!”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 June 2014

My luggage was stolen yesterday from Terravision bus because no one is guarding the open luggage compartment and the driver is silly enough to open both side if they can only manned on side of the coach.
The whole experience of Terravision is chaotic and very unhelpful staff! The company gives Rome a bad impression!

“Be very careful”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 June 2014

While I love the hustle bustle of Rome, watch out when going through any of the Metro / train stations. Nothing was taken and I got to the hotel hassle free, I felt very uncomfortable a few times. When traveling on the rail/metro, I was warned a few times about the gypsies. They were everywhere! USE CAUTION WHEN USING THE MAIN STATION. or at least be very aware of surroundings.

“can be confusing”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 June 2014

It's a really big train station with departures for all over Italy. If you are alone, like I was, you have to be very aware of pickpockets and departure platform. It has a big open area with restaurants and retail shops so it's not boring to wait. The bad side of it: the toilet is paied and the people who are there to help passangers find their platform don't speak a word of English. I almost missed my train...
