In easy walking distance of all the major attractions of Rome. A lovely, flat in an ideal location and well equipped. Two nice bathrooms en-suite to bedrooms, perfect for two couples.
Hidden from view, through a passage way and up the stairs and you are in this beautiful flat. Wonderfully restored with great amenities, Laura makes sure you have all you need, including arranging transportation to and from the airport if needed. I only wish we could have stayed longer. It was truly perfect for our family with 2 parents and 3 adult children. Take time to look at the restoration history and photos in the hallway, and the restaurant downstairs is actually quite delicious with Roman history galore. We'll be back!
We loved everything about this place. The owner Laura was there to greet us. She was very prompt and right to the point, just as we like it. Communication with her was easy through text messaging or whats up.
Apartment had a hallway, leaving/dining/kitchen together, two bedrooms and two full good size bathrooms. Beds and sheets were comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with everything you may need. In the beginning we had problem with WiFi connection, but it disappeared toward the end :)
Overall we had a great stay and recommend it to all our friends and family.
We were four girls traveling to Rome for long weekend. Found Casa Paradiso on trip advisor. Was looking to be in Campo de' Fiori area with close proximity to major attractions within walking distance. Also close to piazza navona . The owner responded very promptly with confirmation and any questions.
The owner also set up transportation from airport. Unfortunately, the driver was not there. We waited a long time in the baggage claim are where all the drivers were located with signs with names. Not a big deal was able to get a taxi for same rate. Just for safety reasons especially since it was our first time there really wanted a car ordered a head of time.
It was awesome to be able to be able to check in in late morning. The woman that cleans, gives keys, instructions etc. was there finishing up cleaning and welcomed us. She was very nice but did not speak English well so we had her call owner with questions. It would be great if the person help getting you settled would speak some English. We got two sets of keys. The apartment is a two bedroom with two full bath. One room has a queen and the other has two twins. Clean and well equipped. It is on third floor with no elevator. The stairs are steep and dark without light on. They do have a light but must be turned on. You actually go throgh three doors that are locked to get in. We appreciated the security that offered us. We felt very safe here. The apartment has kitchen with few dishes etc.,stove , fridge . We did not cook.
Again location is great! So many restaurants and shops very close! The restaurant at bottom of stairs named contanzas was very good! They do not give you extra towels. Another problem with language barrier but didn't get impression they were offered. Bring your own toiletries, wash clothes, soap for showering. Blow dryers were provided. There is a washing machine but we were there only four nights so didn't use it. Overall we enjoyed the extra room that a apartment provided but missed some of amenities a hotel would provide. Felt apartment was very reasonably priced as well.
We had emailed owner to provide transportation back to airport the morning we had to leave. Didn't hear back from her all day so we went to a nearby hotel and booked a private car. When we got in that night from being out most of evening she said she booked car. Asked her to cancel because we had gotten one on our own. In the morning we got into the car she had ordered( didn't ask driver). So got into wrong car. Anyway, hotel had taken my credit card when booked other car and had to charge us fr not using it. So paid 65euros Twice to get back to airport.. If looking for transportation would have owner book right when get there.
Great location! Very nice, clean apartment for a good price. Love the Campo di Fiori area. Thank you Laura!
hey Laura, we really enjoyed our time in Rome and Casa Paradiso ! Well equipped, clean and quiet at night, sorry we were late getting there but the transport strike did play a big hand in that...smiles.. if we returned to Rome we'd not hesitate to contact you and stay again... simply brilliant for a family of 4.

Had a lovely stay. Very comfortable and spacious, and great location. Market and shops just a few metres away, but away from the hustle and bustle. Would highly recommend this place. Only thing is, we never did figure out how to switch on the lights on the stairs from the apartment... thank goodness for the lights on mobile phones!
