Great hotel, close to the Colloseum and ancient Rome so you can pretty much walk anywhere. The roof top restaurant offered a great breakfast and the waiting staff although very busy were always polite and helpful

Room Tip: ask for a room on the upper floors

The double bed is large and reasonably comfortable. The room size is good but it is dark due to a lack of natural lighting. The breakfast was ok but nothing special, although the coffee is always just about warm. If you decide to have your breakfast outdoor, pigeons can be a problem. The Wifi connection wasn't the easiest and reliable during my stay.

We had 2 stays at this excellent B&B, one when we arrived and one when we departed Rome, both for 2 nights. Breakfast was good with selection of cheeses, cured meats, scrambled eggs, bacon, bakery goods, cappuccino, tea, coffee and you can enjoy all on the rooftop terraces with great views. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. We were greeted by Massimo who has a wonderful personality and speaks 6 languages!! The rooms are nicely decorated and laid out, big enough for a couple. Bathrooms r small but adequate and extremely clean, as is the entire property. Location couldn't have been better, far enough away to be quiet and a short walk to Ancient Rome. Restaurants were plentiful and delicious all within 2 blocks of the hotel, including gelato! We would definitely stay here again and would have no hesitation recommending it. They also have a small workout room.

Found this hotel on BA website and saw all the good reviews on this site. Really pleased with our choice. Nice modern hotel in convenient location. Comfortable clean rooms. Terrific Breakfasts and the waiting staff all very friendly and helpful. Lots of choice of restaurants within close proximity. This was our first trip to Rome so we have nothing to compare this Hotel to but nonetheless, highly recommended.

Stayed here for 2 nights and were delighted by the hotel and the very helpful staff. The location is within sight of the Colosseum - a short 5 min walk away. The room is large and comfortable with loads of closet space or room to put those heavy suitcases and is air-conditioned however it had not been turned on when we first arrived as it was just getting warm. The bathroom is small but well designed and includes great selection of toiletries. Our bed was very comfortable and we had a quiet nights sleep. Breakfast is on the rooftop with a great view to the ruins and good selection of items. The best thing is the front desk staff who could not have been more engaged and helpful in assisting us with tours and directions. Definitely would stay here again.

Certainly no regrets except when it was time to leave. Really enjoyed this hotel. 5 to 10 minute walk to the Colosseum and Metro. Restaurants are everywhere.

The breakfast is from 6:30 am to 11 am. It is very good although if you stay for 5 days or more (like us) - it gets a bit repetitive and there is not much variation. Nevertheless, it is a good start of the day.

The staff at the breakfast lounge are all wonderful. We have met Josef, Giulianna and everyone is very friendly with big smiles every morning.

The bedroom is big enough for a couple in my opinion, high ceilings and the bed is so comfortable. We look forward to lying down at the end of a long touring day.

The Receptionists are all very helpful and knowledgeable. One rainy afternoon, they have umbrellas for the guests which we gladly took advantage.

One minor glitz was the unexpected suspension of WIFI in the midst of our stay. This is a bit frustrating because one of the main reasons we chose Capo D'Africa is because of the FREE WIFI. We were advised by the Reception that it will be out for 2 days and we were on our 3rd day of stay. But to their credit, the WIFI was back within 24 hours and sooner than they have originally promised.

What a lovely hotel and we will certainly stay here again if we were to come back to Rome. Highly recommended to friends and Trip Advisor readers.

Found this hotel on trip advisor by looking at the overall rating. I stayed for four nights. It lived up to my expectations being in the perfect location only two metro stops from Terminii railway station and five minutes walk to the colleseum. Lots of restaurants in the surrounding streets as well. Hotel staff were very helpful and check in was a breezy. The breakfast was excellent and made even better with the roof location. The room was very comfortable. I will be recommending this hotel to friends and familly and if im lucky enough to holiday in Rome again I will be staying here
