This boutique hotel is perfectly located in the quieter part of the city but within walking distance of many attractions.
There are plenty cheaper restaurants around the hotel if you want to avoid paying over the top in the tourist trap areas. The nearest metro stop is just at the bottom of the road if you exit the hotel and turn right. This is also towards the entrance of the Piazza Del Popolo.
The hotel's bar is also very reasonable, especially happy hour prices (6 Euros for a cocktail) and breakfast was really good. Fabulous choice of fresh fruit, pastries, cheeses as well as eggs and bacon. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is looking a little dated and the rooms could do with a little TLC, but overall, the room was fine for what we needed. If you are staying for more than a few days you may find space a little limited.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short city break and would most certainly stay there again if I get the chance to return to Rome.More
