Easy location from train station, 10 minutes. Friendly helpful greeting from Reception staff, Room had a quiet air conditioning unit, bathroom was clean and well equipped, wifi in room was efficient, bed was comfortable and crisp sheets, continental breakfast was plentiful. Easy walking distance to most historic sights. Value for money.

Room tip: Discrete frontage so follow the street door number, lift available, opt for larger room at an extra cost, well worth it!

Our stay here was wonderful. The room was as described and as per photos on the website and very well priced. The staff were second to none, they are extremely accommodating and very friendly. Even before we had left for Europe, they had recommended places to visit, tours to book and were able to explain how to reach the hotel using various options of transport. The hotel is also perfectly situated, walking distance from the Termini station and Trevi Fountain. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend to anyone that is thinking of visiting Rome, to stay here.

We stayed here last year for a couple of nights. We had selected this place as it was in the heart of the city, walking distance from the train station.
Indeed, the location is convenient to use to tour Rome, walk around and imbibe the feel of the city. It is walking distance from good restaurants too.
The hotel itself is well run, and had a homely breakfast counter stocked with good coffee, toasts, spreads, yogurts and fruits. The hotel is housed in an old building renovated as a hotel.
Nice friendly staff and owners!

The hotel has a perfect location near Termini station and within walking distance to a lot of sights, resturants and shops. The staff is lovely and it feels like home. This is a hotel you want to return to and it has become our favourite one in Rome.

I always stay in this family-run hotel when I visit Rome. I am never disappointed. It is very conveniently located (just a few short blocks from the Termini train station where you arrive straight from the airport) and the staff are so incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean, the sheets are crisp, the wifi is free and the continental breakfast (croissants, fruit, cereals, yogurt with choice of made-to-order cappuccino or other hot beverage) is included. The hotel staff are happy to recommend places to explore. For those who like to walk, just head straight up the street the hotel is on, and you'll pass by the Spanish Steps and arrive at the Piazza del Popolo, and the Borghese Museum in about a half hour. Shopping on the nearby Via Nationale is fabulous, and there are oodles of restaurants just steps away. I just love my little Roman home away from home!

Room tip: Ask for the deluxe room which has a fabulous marble bathroom.
