The room decor was cute and the place had charm. With the metro we thought a location away from the tourism would be quieter but it was still very loud at night due to the windows being only one pane. There are no curtains, only outside shutters which still let in a lot of light. We were on the third floor in the farthest room and the Internet was spotty, we only got two bars at the most and it would go in and out. If this happens we would ask them to reset the router and it would get better for a while but then go back to disappearing again. Our shower also clogged and we would shower with a pool of water around our feet. The Tuscan restaurant that was recommend was way overpriced 15-20€ per pasta plate), the pasta was under cooked and they charged us 8€ cover fee (the highest we paid in all of Italy, including Venice). The Sicilian cafe recommend was very good.
