I stayed here for a week and the accommodation was top class and the staff very helpful and informative. The restaurants the owners recommended where very good. They spoke good English and always greeted you with a smile. The rooms themselves were beautifully decorated and very comfortable with air conditioning that was essential in the Roman heat. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for nice accommodation at a good price with easy access to the delights of Rome.

Room Tip: The room on the top floor number 10 is very nice and has a great room top area for you to sit and re...

We loved our room in the eaves with an adjoining sun terrace where we were able to relax after a busy time sightseeing. Tucked away in a quiet street near the metro, we found traveling to & from the city centre quick & easy.
The staff were welcoming, friendly & very helpful. There is an excellent restaurant nearby which the owner recommended where we had an amazing meal.

Stayed 4 nights. Great place to stay just outside of Rome, Policlinico being one stop from Termini. Rooms are extremely modern, clean and staff are really friendly!! Arrived at night so the place was a little difficult to find from the Metro, so a pre-printed map/directions would be helpful, even arriving during the day. Breakfast was standard pastries, bread and juices. Lovely authentic local restaurants nearby. The metro was great for getting to all main attractions of the city, a multi-day ticket would be useful if you intend to travel a lot. Overall, good value for money, would stay again.

i must say that ?I have never been to a hotel that looks exactly like the photos on the internet they put. This one did though :) and was so happy that I was given a room on the top floor. Ludovicko was simply amazing! (The owner) |He was sweet, and funny and sooooo helpful. He told us where to eat and what was worth seeing. He gave us a map which was basically everything on this trip as we relied on it 24/7. It was my first time in Rome and for my birthday with my boyfriend. it truly will be an unforgettable birthday. Antonio his helper was also sooo nice and helpful , keep it up dear!! This hotel really made me feel nice, very attentive to my needs. The hotel was clean (as this is my number 1 priority when i travel) magnificent bed, slept perfectly well and a spotless toilet and shower!!!! The location of the hotel for me was perfect!. Very quiet area and at the same time 3 minute walk from the metro, bus and tram station. It in Policlinico , only two stops away from termini which is the main station in Rome. I couldn't have been more happier and more content that i stayed there! I also recommend you take Ludovickos advice on eating at a restaurant that is close to the ottavio station if im not mistaken, they had excellent authentic Italian pizza for cheap cheap prices :)
Ludovicko thank you so much for everything as i didn't get the chance to thank you as we had to leave early morning on Sunday and when you get the chance to visit Cyprus, Limassol , Contact me!!

Room Tip: To be on the top floor for less noise and to pre book well in advance in order to be able to ask for...

We stayed in Imperia suites for 3 nights and had the great experience! Rooms are big and bright and impecably clear. Towels were changed every day on our short trip. Owner Ludovico and his assistants were very welcoming and helpful. With a key to a room you receive key to the front door as well. Location is great, 2 stops on the underground from Termini station, 2 stop from Colloseo. Neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Thanks for a lovely stay, will deffinately go back!

The room decor was cute and the place had charm. With the metro we thought a location away from the tourism would be quieter but it was still very loud at night due to the windows being only one pane. There are no curtains, only outside shutters which still let in a lot of light. We were on the third floor in the farthest room and the Internet was spotty, we only got two bars at the most and it would go in and out. If this happens we would ask them to reset the router and it would get better for a while but then go back to disappearing again. Our shower also clogged and we would shower with a pool of water around our feet. The Tuscan restaurant that was recommend was way overpriced 15-20€ per pasta plate), the pasta was under cooked and they charged us 8€ cover fee (the highest we paid in all of Italy, including Venice). The Sicilian cafe recommend was very good.

This place is great with great service, you really feel welcome and the owners do everything to make you comfortable and happy! The location is a bit off but doesn't matter as the metro is just around the corner, about 5 mins with the metro and you end up at Spagna or the shopping district around via di . This is definitely a place we will return to when in Rome.
