“Only 3 star at best”

This hotel is a 20 minute walk to the centre of Rome so location is not too bad. It is not by any stretch a four star hotel so be prepared for a solid 3 star. The hotel is quite small, as are the rooms. Looking very tired and in need of a massive refurbishment. The rooms have tv, mini bar, a few toileteries but no iron, tea/coffee facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful and so cover for the hotels other shortcomings. Next to a busy road, the double glazing seems to work quite well so able to sleep without too many problems. Breakfast is fairly basic but adequate. Bearable for business but not recommended for holiday!

I recently stayed here whilst visiting Rome. Having read mixed reviews I went with a open mind. Upon arrival we were happy to find this hotel has car parking but it is only a small car park and you're asked to leave you're keys.

The check in staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke near perfect English. My Room was a single room but it was a 3/4 bed so a slightly over sized single which was very comfy, the room had air con and the bath room looks like it may have had a refurb recently. There was a small fridge in room and a safe.

There is Wifi (free) in public area's.

Although there is not a lot of restaurants close to the hotel we were not there to stay round the hotel. The best way to access Rome from the hotel is by bus, reception are very good at giving details on how to achieve this. Remember to validate you're ticket when getting on the bus as occasionally inspectors get on and if its not validated you'll get fined €50. The journey is about 20 minutes but the buses are very frequent and run back to till about 11:30pm after that a taxi from central Rome should be around €12.

Would defiantly stay here again.

Room Tip: The rooms over the car park are the quietest.

Breakfast is veeeery good! Different sorts of pastry..yum! Unfortunately I've got only one stomach..
Single rooms are veeeery small. Just bed and bedside tables, and some sort of locker with drawers. There was high humidity in room because of shower leaking on the floor while you turn it on. Even the door between bathroom and living room is damaged with that water..
The location of the hotel is fashionable but quite far from the center and railway station (30-40 mins by bus). Nearby there is a good park.
Staff is really friendly.

The hotel staff is really nice and helpful, however compared to other 4 star hotels across europe, this hotel is basic. It does provide all you need, the rooms are clean, the breakfast offers reasonable number of choices, there is free wi fi and there is even an computer in the lobby that can be used for printing, free luggage storage etc. But still - the rooms have older furniture, showers are not that nice, towels could be fresher (I could smell vinegar), plugs very old, wi fi does not work properly all the time, hotel does not have restaurant, location considering public transport not very good etc. Despite this, I had a pleasant stay there, I would recommend this hotel, but if you are looking for the comfort of a 4star hotel, this is not the case. Also, if you are visiting Rome as a tourist, it is a little complicated to get to major attractions using public transport, but it offers good value for its price.

Room Tip: Rooms with balcony are nice, but I am not sure if they have double rooms with balcony.

We stayed at the hotel in October 2011 with my friend. The hotel is situated in the building of 19th century, there is adorable patio there! The neighbourhood is very good to walk and look at Rome citizens. The location is perfect to stay in Roma! We stayed at the cheap room and it was just perfect! The service is very good! Big park is very close to the hotel.

This hotel is not to be confused with the Park Hotel Villa Grazioli, which is also a wonderful hotel, but outside of Rome. This hotel is INSIDE rome, but outside the Roman walls (10 minute walk, or a really easy bus ride from the stop just outside the hotel door right into the center). It's located right between the two major parks, Villa Borghese and Villa Ada (keep this in mind when you're tired of sightseeing and want to spend a nice afternoon wandering through a park). It's on Via Salaria, which is in a very chic neighborhood, about a 10-minute walk to the Via Veneto area, which takes you to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain.

The service and staff were faultless at this clean and comfortable hotel which although not small by any means was,nt so big you got lost and it made our stay seem more personal somehow, The twin room my friend and I had booked into for three nights was comfortable and clean. It was also pleasant to sit in the garden area which had a lovely Italian feel about it and the staff were always very helpful and cheerful.
The Villa Borghese is only down the road which unfortunately closes on Mondays which was the day I chose to go (a good reason to go back) and Rome city centre is a walkable distance of about 20 mins, we may have walked a longer way but even so it is very near. There is a lovely little restaurant just along the road between Villa Borghese and the hotel where they do lovely bolognese for a very reasonable price and you can sit out in the open and people watch if you like, unfortunately I can,t remember the name.
