Stayed here with a large group in March 2013. Staff were friendly and efficient when handling large groups checking in and check out. Common areas are spacious and clean. Nice lobby bar area but it is covered by front desk staff person so there may be a short wait when they are busy. The bathrooms were large and clean. Loved the towel warmers, very nice touch. Rooms had plenty of drawer and armoire storage space. Internet worked well in lobby. Breakfast was okay. Juices were good and plentiful. My only complaint was the electrical outlets burned out quite a few of my small appliances or did not work at all. I was using a converter to U.S. but it didn't work or fried my appliances. Not good since this was the first hotel of our trip. No one else experienced this issue so it may have been just our room. There is a great restaurant across the street with the best gnocchi I had in Italy. Walking distance to university bars and train station. I do not have a lot to compare this to for options in Rome but for our first stop I was very pleased with this small clean and comfortable hotel in a great location.
