Great hotel to stay in to explore Rome. Rooms were more than adequate and very clean. Breakfast was lovely although my partner felt choice was limited. Staff were all very helpful and their English was much better than our Italian!

Ok, in essence, this place is extremely well placed, but is unlikely to make your 'top 10' lists of hotels.
We've just finished 4 days in Rome and stayed at this hotel. They promote as a 4 * establishment., but the reality is that a 3 * rating is closer to the truth. Expect everything in Rome to be small & this place is no exception. I could barely it into the shower!
All that aside, it was clean & quiet, which was just about all that I wanted. We spent our time exploring the sights, which are just about all accessible on foot from here. The location is why you check into this place.
Don't expect too much & focus on Rome & you'll be ok. If you want a few extra trimmings (modest bathroom, modern room fit out, iron, kettle etc) look elsewhere.

We traveled to various countries this month and would have to say that this hotel was the worst one. The service was okay depending who was working. The walls were so thin that we could hear every little movement all night down the entire hallway. When someone locked their door or moved the chair the noise echoed and traveled to our room. The furniture was aged, and the AC didn't work very well. There was a very nasty smell that came from the washroom at night.
The only bonus was their breakfast, it was well staffed and a nice way to start the day off.

The hotel is in a good location which is about the only positive aspect. The service was poor. The room was clean but it had terrible smell coming from the bathroom. Also the shower is so small that it makes it very hard to have a shower. The room aircondition and mini fridge did not work and despite us complaining, the staff did noting about it. Would not stay here again.
