We stayed here for 4 days after our cruise. The hotel is a block away from the Ponte Sisto Bridge which leads into Trastevere and its restaurants and a block away from Campo de Fiore and all its restaurants. At the corner you can get the 23 bus which takes you right to the Vatican. About 5 blocks away is the Jewish Ghetto. The location is perfect for the tourist.
The breakfast is great. Cappucino if you ask for it, all sorts of breads and danish. Fresh fruit and fruit salads. Yogurt, cereals, cheeses, scrambeled eggs and bacon. After that breakfast we didn't need much of a lunch while touring. We had a first floor room that looked over their courtyard so it was extremely quiet. It's more expensive than we are used to but it was worth the money.

Only stayed there two nights before a cruise, but it was very pleasant. Nice rooms, very friendly helpful staff, and a courtyard that was oh so charming. Recommended by a friend who owns The Roman Guy tour company!

We stayed 3 nights at the end of a week long cruise/tour. Our room looked out over the central courtyard. It was very peaceful and quiet. Room was clean and very stylish. Large bathroom. Location was very convenient to restaurants and historical sites. Staff was friendly and efficient. One of my favorite photographs of all time was taken at sunrise, on the nearby Sisto bridge looking over the Tiber River with St. Peters in the background. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here on the recommendation of friends and loved it. Great location across the Ponte Sisto Bridge from the Trastevere. Wonderful restaurants within a short walk. Breakfast buffet is substantial. Hotel staff were wonderful with arranging tours, event tickets and directions. Our room lacked a shower but the tub with hand shower was fine. Room 423 has a large terrace which we used one morning for our breakfast (there is a 10 euro charge for breakfast served in the room) and several evenings for some late evening wine tasting. This is a very nice hotel.

My partner and I stayed 6 nights in this hotel in the first week of October. We were delighted with the service, our room and the location of the hotel. Our breakfasts were included and the hotel provided a well varied and good tasting buffet each morning. In fact, for us it served as breakfast and lunch for the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was well appointed and very comfortable.
The staff were very responsive to our requests: e.g. we asked for a room opening on the courtyard expecting it to be away from street noise (it was); the hotel arranged for a car to pick us up at the airport when we arrived and it was there waiting; the staff arranged a guide for us for tours of the Vatican and Ancient Rome; and the staff were also helpful with incidental advice regarding places to eat and directions to various locations.
Our room on the fourth floor was big by European standards, equipped with a working safe, free and very good wifi access, a very comfortable king size bed, a very clean four piece bath and everything about the room was in very good condition with everything (including the hair dryer according to my partner, ladies) in good working order.
The hotel has a very nice courtyard where on the nice mornings we ate breakfast outdoors. It was also a nice place to relax in the afternoon. Very nice indeed.
We travel often and look for good boutique hotels and this is one of the best. We hope to have an opportunity soon to stay here again.

Room Tip: Before booking, we had read a tip on Trip Advisor about booking a room facing the courtyard if we wa...

This jewel of a hotel with the entrance in a small alley was a wonderful treat at the end of our trip. The staff was great, the complimentary breakfast provided everything we needed and our room was wonderfully spacious and modern. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and shops. This will be a repeat hotel for us.

Stayed here with my Student group in April. Beds too hard. Wifi worse but all this is minor when I lost my rabbit silver neclase and a bracelet. Stupid of me to leave it out in the looked room, but I thought at 4th floor andrclosed door/windows that should be fine. Another guest also lost a neclase, she tought she lost it. But when she heard about mine, that was too much of a coinsident. The price we paid to stay here is also outrageous for the standard, so stay somewhere else! Even if you remember to put your jewlery in the safe....
