Great location. The boutique rooms are modern and clean. If you are looking for just a nice and clean place to stay during your visit, this is great for you. We were tourists and wanted a tiny bit more such as local recommendations. We were looking for friendly services, something you could get from staying at a B&B place. Somehow it felt like a hotel more than a B&B, but there was nothing to complain at all.

Each room has a separate bathroom and the bed is comfortable. Wi-fi and breakfast are provided.

We spent 4 nights in the hotel. It is a surprise as it is not a typical hotel. it is a very large apartment made into a small boutique notel. The service was excellent, the continental breakfast was more than adequate. The room overlooked the Via cavour, a very busy street but no noise heard in the room. Well situated for walking tour of Rome within walking distance of all sights.. Excellent value for money

This is a simply delightful B&B located very close to Termini Station on the 4th floor of an apartment building on Via Cavour. There is a lift inside the building. Very good value for money. The room we stayed in was large and had a huge bathroom. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Via Caour is a busy street - trams, cars and buses going by - but the windows are soundproofed so you just don't hear the traffic.
Federico was very warm and welcoming. Wifi access was good.
Would strongly encourage all travellers to Rome to stay at Le Real.

This hotel is in an apartment building, and doesn't look at all lite a hotel from the outside!
It consists of a limited number of rooms, remodeled to provide a Bed & Breakfast experience. Our room on the 4th floor had excellent soundproofing although the Real Deluxe is right on busy via Cavour. Nicely designed appointed room. The super bathroom was amply sized, and featured a large, well designed shower.

Federico, the manager, met us on arrival and was very helpful with directions for getting around.

Unfortunately, the advertised wifi service wasn't very good; there was none in our room and only very avery iffy connection in the breakfast room.

Breakfast, advertised to start at 7:30 didn't start at all on the day we left. The coffee maker didn't work; the toaster did but there was no bread to toast...and no one in attendance when we left.

I hope this was a one-off event, because we would love to stay at 58 Le Real Deluxe again; it could not be more convenient for seeing the sights of Rome; we literally walked everywhere!

Having no one on the premises full-time however was an inconvenience,
