The hotel is near Termini station (about 10' by feet) which is very convinient. The room was very clean, and the chambermaid tided it every day, changing sheets and towels. The beakfast was fixed but above our expectations, which included coffee or chocolate, orange juice, croissants, butter, marmalades, and fresh small breads. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price is considered too good for having all these pros.

The only cons were that the rooms had no balcony or view. Also the building was very old, but it is impossible to find a new one at the heart of Rome.

Went to Rome for 5 days of "culture and art". Brought my mother (age 80+) with me. This was my 7th visit to Rome, Italy. Found this lowprice hotel as one of a few in the CityCenter. Many others, but all occupied at this time of year or pretty far away. Looked at the Facilities. Took the chance and booked at the price of 220€ for 4 nights. Where else can You get this for 2 persons and continental breakfast for less than 300$ 5 minutes away from Piazza della Repubblica? When booking I asked for a Twinroom. Room 25 was against the back. Big enough and silent. Bathroom was clean. When eating breakfast, the phone did its job and received messages. Desk Manager/reception were always helpful. At day of leaving (Liberation Day) they asked if we wanted a Taxi to take us to Fiumicino. The driver arrived just as scheduled. All in all I would recommend this hotel as long as you know what you will get. Its not The Grand Hotel, nor is The Price !

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and the first thing that bothered me is that our room was away from the reception building. We went to a building to check in, but the rooms were in another different building, which didn't have a lift. Also the hotel was advertised as having free wifi internet, which was not entirely true. Wifi was only available at the reception, and only at a certain time. One day I was reviewing my email at breakfast and the guy from the reception actually yelled at me saying I cannot use internet before noon. This wasn't nice.
Other than that, breakfast is good, and the room was pretty big and comfortable, and at a good location.

Room Tip: There are rooms near the reception; ask for those!

We've arrived at 1 o'clock at night. The check in only took 3 minutes. Friendly staff. Our room was at the building next door and was very clean and tidy. The beds were good and we had a private bathroom. The location is good at daytime, but at night it is not the best neighbourhood. We've rented a scooter, so we had no problem. Good value for the money I've paid. I will go there again.

only thing they could improve would be the air con was not working and it was 35 deg every day.

appart from that for 40 euro a night ill be back

Although cheap and good central location, this motel false advertised itself on its website, our room looked nothing like the pictures we were under the impression we were getting, "buffet style" breakfast consisted of stale bread buns, jam, coffee and watery juice and there was a misunderstanding when it said ALL taxes included on the website, (the city tax wasn't included, they may not be to blame for this but a heads up could've been helpful). Receptions also hard to find, it's on the third floor)

second time for me at this hotel and the standard was not good. this hotels is really a collection of rooms spread between three buildings, our room was along the street then around a corner through a secutity door up a flight of stairs through another security door then into the smallest hotel room i have every stayed in, was more like a walkin wardrobe. the bathroom was tiny but clean as were the towels and the bedding. our mini bar fridge did not work nor did our safe, someone came to look but could do nothing to help. noise from other guests echoed in the corridor so was woken early most mornings. good standard of continental breakfast. in a good location for seeing the sights but not good if looking for luxury or a view. wont be back !!

Room Tip: ask for a twin room as bigger than a double
