“Comfortable and Excellent Service”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 May 2014

The staff here were really helpful. Every time I had to go the front desk for something, there was never an attitude and they were quick and efficient. They got me taxis, helped with the check-in at the downstairs computer, searched for a particular tourist attraction, and answered other questions. At night, the bar is open and the bartender was also helpful. The room itself was a little small for a double room. The bed was not my friend and the mini bar had basically been turned into a small refrigerator (i.e., it was empty). But very clean, nice shower/bathtub and two elevators. Very quiet at night. Not particularly advantageous with respect to location.

Hotel room is awesome. The decor is great. Check in was breeze. Would definitely stay again! This hotel is located near the train so you can walk to the train and go anywhere in the city. It is a neighborhood so there are shops, places to eat located within walking distance. I felt very safe.

Very nice rooms, clean, confortable and nicely decorated. The location is excellent since it is at 5 minutes walking to the piazza bologna metro station from where you can get to almost every tourist atttaction in max 10 min.

The area is nice, with several places to have breakfast at a good price, and at night you can hang out in the piazza while enjoying some wine or beer.

The only negative thing is that if you want to stay in the center of Rome past 11:30 pm from sunday to thursday, you will have to take a taxi back which is around 40€, because the metro closes at that time. On fridays and saturdays it closes at 1:30 am.

What a lovely surprise to find that the hotel is in such a nice, quiet location. Sure it is not in central Rome, but it is less than five minutes away from the metro, and the bus, so getting into the centre was not an issue. The location is out in a residential suburb and was so quite we wondered where the cars were. Plenty of choices for meals, so the fact that the hotel only really supplied breakfast, it was not a negative. In fact probably a good thing to effectively 'force' us to go out for meals, and we found some lovely places to eat. Staff were very helpful, even phoning tour companies to ensure that we were booked and expected, then ensure that the shuttle to the airport was on time and chasing it up for us. Would definitely stay there again. Good breakfast choices.
There is a small superette nearby where it is best to buy water rather than buying from the street vendors.
