Nearest hotel to Bologna railway station....though there are 3 other similar business hotels, eg the 'NH Bologna de la gare' within a couple of hundred yards; so if all you want is to be near the station, you might want to price-check those. Was very happy with my large room and overnight stay. The large enclosed garden at the rear (access from the bar), with circular path is nice for a brisk power walk, or evening drink.

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking the courtyard garden to the rear are quietest.

5 min walk to Bologna metro which connects you to everything in Rome. Quiet hotel close enough to the action however far enough in the neighbourhood amongst the locals.
Rooms and bathrooms big enough with tea and coffee making facility's too.
Underground car park handy however €25 a night a little pricey and breakfast at €15 a day was a bit excessive. We ate down the street at a local cafe.
Staff friendly and helpful however we didn't need them for much.
Would stay again

3 minutes from the metro, clean and spacious rooms and polite and helpful staff make for a good base for a trip to rome.
when on the underground or at any attraction, beware of pickpockets, some as young as 8 yrs old.

The staff here were really helpful. Every time I had to go the front desk for something, there was never an attitude and they were quick and efficient. They got me taxis, helped with the check-in at the downstairs computer, searched for a particular tourist attraction, and answered other questions. At night, the bar is open and the bartender was also helpful. The room itself was a little small for a double room. The bed was not my friend and the mini bar had basically been turned into a small refrigerator (i.e., it was empty). But very clean, nice shower/bathtub and two elevators. Very quiet at night. Not particularly advantageous with respect to location.
