To be fair the service and breakfast and staff were great. The city location was also good. The problem for us was the lift barely fit the buggy in when collapsed and it was the oldest lift in the world. Because we because we have a baby one of us had to use the lift while holding the baby and then the next trip would be the other person with the collapsed pram.
Entering was not clear for us (or eye catching enough) so we struggled to get access to the place on the first night and ended up in another hotel for one night which resulted in extra expense.
